We have recently used Jaydor to repair our garage door spring that broke. (Jaydor installed our garage doors years ago.) They were so easily to contact and Jack the technician came out the very next day. A new spring had to be ordered and it was installed only 4 business days later. Jack was so professional about relaying his arrival time and completed the job quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend Jaydor for garage door installation and/or repair needs.
Showed up to wrong house and then never called back. Took two days off from work before deciding to go with another company.
Set up appointment a month ago for someone to come out to check out our garage door. Was told tech. Would text us the day before on time no text, called office they said 11: 00 to 1: 00 someone would be out. 1: 30 no show no call, no text. I ca) they want to know can we we reschedule for a later date. Canceled called other company came out in 45 minutes fixed problem
The Jaydor company was great. It started with Jack R.sitting with me and explaining the different options and then giving me a solid quote. The installers called when they are on their way and completed the installation of 3 doors, all the hardware and openers in 6 hours. Jack the lead installer and his son were 3rd and 4th generation in the business. They are very friendly and skilled at they work. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.
Needed a repair for a broken spring. Called Jay door who I have used in the past. They said the spring was in stock, it was a good price and I made the appt. Randy showed up to do the job. Said he didn't have the right spring and the right spring belonged to a different customer. He left to do another job but said he would be in touch. An hour later, Randy calls back, they need to order the spring. But, he did offer to come back and clamp my spring to get the door working. It would be a $150 charge. I declined, he said someone from the office would call to schedule the appointment. That was over a week ago. I have since hired a competitor to fix the door. You lost a customer due to bad customer service.
