Had issues with a custom ring made in California. Tim took the time to look at it and explain the root cause. Deside to just completely remake the ring in platinum and adjust the size of decorative stones. I never was truly happy with the original ring but the one Tim designed was what I had been looking for! Thank you for the expert advice! The jewelry shop will have any and all of my business period.

My husband and I went to The Jewelry Shop in Greencastle to update my original engagement ring for our 5 year anniversary, due to problems with my original setting that was purchased at a different store. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt like family. Jen helped us pick the perfect setting for a diamond that was given to me by my mother-in-law. She was very thorough in the entire process and helped us navigate through financial options as well. My ring was ready before the expected date and I was thrilled to learn that the custom work would be done in house, rather than being sent away to a lab. I felt a personal and professional connection with Jen, as well as each member of the staff I interacted with. My custom ring turned out to be more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and I had my wedding band arodiumed to match. I could not be more pleased with The Jewelry Shop and their warm, knowledgeable staff. I have found my forever jewelry store!
