This congregation has an amazing vision of Beloved Community that is being lived out week in and week out. I have grown so much and am grateful to everyone for the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Worship is deeply meaningful and the people caring not only among themselves but within the city of Harrisburg and beyond.
The change this church made is sad. It used to be a traditional church, now pews are gone and replaced with chairs, And it's now geared to the younger generation. I wouldn't recommend this to the older generations. Just sad
Open and inclusive with a modern feel. Enthusiastic, open minded pastors who are warm and inviting. The music is great and yet they don't keep you there shouting all day. If you are an extreme fundamentalist with homophobic or racist tendencies, this is not the church for you. Everyone else, come on in!
