The Juice Pod Springfield

Honestly very disappointed.the last few times I’ve went, they have messed up something in the order.tonight they completely added the wrong toppings on my bowl that it doesn’t even come with! They didn’t apologize or say anything, they just took the bowl and swapped the topping.super disappointed.

Unfortunately I order here all the time and they get it wrong! Not sure how or why when I explicitly ask for no chicken no meat why my salads and wraps keep having meat on them. It’s great to get a refund but I’ve wasted my entire lunch on an order to be wrong. Thanks.

Want a healthy and refreshing acai bowl or juice this is the place for you. All orders are made fresh. Large menu of juice, acai bowls, and paninis. Light and airy atmosphere. You can order ahead so that your food is ready and waiting. Always great customer service.

Excellent fast service even when busy great food my daughter cant live with out it. Clean, cute spot would recommend.

The best Açaí bowls in or around Philadelphia. I honestly love this place so much. All of their selections are perfection. But you can customize any bowl in any way you would like to make it even better! I’ve never been disappointed by this place. It is a little pricey but the size of the bowl & the quality of the ingredients are worth every single penny. This place started my love for juice pod. Unfortunately I live very far from this location but I’m a regular at Ambler!

This is the second time I experienced very bad customer service from this place and its workers. The first time I ordered a smoothie and Avocado Toast, I received my Toast first and waited 10 minutes for my smoothie, I sat there and waited and none of the workers said anything to me AT ALL, when I finally said something they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about thankfully I ASK FOR MY RECEIPTS ALWAYS! Come to find out they forgot I ordered, terrible customer service. Moving on TODAY I ordered the same Avocado Toast and Avocado Bagel with Hard Boiled Eggs. I received my order just to be missing the additional half of Bagel. The woman at the front desk was very IGNORANT, AND OBVIOUSLY LACKED COMMON SENSE, and tried to justify the fact that she was obviously wrong. Instead of going back and fourth with a PAYING CUSTOMER she should've accepted the fact that this was wrong and to obviously fix the issue like any other establishment, but instead she decided to be a disappointment to this establishment and made a complete A$! Of herself, then had the nerve to say "For future References" I immediately stopped her right there, because neither I nor my family will be coming back. Again when ordering any type of BAGEL YOU GET BOTH PIECES TOP & BOTTOM, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT KIND OF BAGEL IT IS " THIS IS COMMON SENSE". (I HAD PLENTY OF BAGELS AND RECEIVED BOTH FROM THIS PLACE ALONE AND ANY OTHER PLACE ALWAYS RECEIVED THE WHOLE BAGEL NOT THE THINNEST PART OF THE WHOLE BAGEL) We received the other half of bagel, and it still wasn't right, of course missing the hard boiled egg, but at this point Im not even surprised. Anyways won't be coming back.

I was not greeted upon arrival. But the other raced couple was. I’ve noticed this many times before in the past just never really cared to speak on it. The young woman at the cashier today around 1: 45 was so rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if she was already upset about something but it most definitely showed. I am so tired of these restaurant owners hiring just anybody. 10/10 won’t be coming back. Foods not that great, and service is even worst. Go somewhere else that will better value you as a customer regardless of your RACE!

Tried the Açaí smoothie and Asian chicken wrap for my first visit. Very pleased at the quality and taste! Wrap could’ve used a bit more dressing but would give this place a 9/10.

I was not greeted when I came in but the person behind me was, I asked if I could have my (beach beet) and (pod juice) remade FRESH because when I tasted it either it had been sitting or it was missing some of the ingredients. Also there was a fly in my last juice and I would have preferred as well for them to make it in front of me which I asked and they told me NO they were already premade made this morning so yeah just poor customer service …

Great healthy option for wraps, salads, fruit, etc! My favorite is the Green Goddess wrap - especially the wasabi peas - if you really want to load up on the veggies. Service is usually pretty quick and the order ahead option online is great!

I have always gotten the same thing for the last few years… the beachy bowl. I love it! Refused to try anything else because I get overwhelmed with the beautifully written chalkboard menu. Today I ordered online. I ordered the beachy bowl (although when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong bowl.had to go back to exchange it) and the Avo Cranberry wrap. I ordered the wrap after reading the reviews and saw a young lady that really enjoyed hers. That wrap was ahhhh- mazing. So fresh and just hit the spot. I highly recommend! The staff is young, some go to high school… be patient and understanding.

We needed lunch catering for 30 people, and The Juice Pod was the perfect option. All of our guests were impressed with the tasty options and appreciated "something different" versus the typical corporate catering options. In addition to paninis & wraps, we ordered a variety of cold-pressed juices.

Delivery was right on time. Communication with the store was very easy. Everything was perfect! Will defiantly order catering from here again.

So to say that I'm obsessed w your bowls is an understatement, they are always so fresh and packed to the top, you never lack in the fruit or toppings, I also come for the smoothies as well. Never a let down, I go to both Ridley and Springfield and must say I'm happy at both places, with the food and service, but by far your bowls are packed to the top and the fruit size is exceptionally perfect, very generous portions.
