Very positive experience. Great store and the guys were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I went in with an issue regarding a part and left very shortly thereafter with an answer. Will definitely do business again with The Keystone Armory.
Great selection. They had a neat military museum of sorts upstairs. Staff was helpful and attentive. Well stocked. Nice store.
Been here a couple times, usually have a nice selection. Some of the rifles were dirty but found a nice Smith and Wesson handgun for the wife
Great store, most of the employees are awesome, except the last time I went in the employee that was checking me out was very rude and seemed to be in a horrible mood, didn't seem to be very professional at all, ruined my experience and will never go there again because of it
I would rate them at a 10 if the scale went up that high. Craig went above and beyond to help a fellow FFL dealer out on a recent purchase on gunbroker. I would highly recommend using them for all your firearm needs. Favorite them on gun broker, they have some great listings that some of the "newer" FFL's dont get. Over the top customer service!
The problem with this place is that the owner never comes around to this store the person who runs it is 50/50 on weather he's having a good day or not and only half of the other employees are nice enough this place was awesome when i first started going there but its only gone downhill.my friends and i barley go anymore and if we do its so we can pick up a online purchase.
Had a terrible experience at sportsman warehouse so I figured I’d give Keystone a try. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and gave me a very fair price on my used rifle. They will be my exclusive gun shop from now on.
