The Kickstand Sandwich Shop reviews
17I have always had a good experience here. Everyone is very friendly and easy to chat with. I always have a good sandwich here but today just seemed to hit the spot. Best sandwich I have had in a while. Fresh produce, layered well, very nicely put together. Thank you guys.
In from Arizona and stumbled upon this place. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Cool vibe and friendly staff made it even better!
A coworker got me a hoagie from there and it was the best hoagie I've had since I've moved here. Oh and I had the basic Italian hoagie.
Filling and made properly with good bread. Thank you.
The sandwiches are stacked high with all the best fixings. I really enjoyed the Full Throttle and the Italian Stallion. Can’t wait to stop in and try another option!
The food is good, but you just never know when they're open. I called at 3: 45 for a sandwich and they were closed. You need to decide if you are in business or not.
I get a cheese steak once every few weeks. One of the best around. The toasted Mancini's bread makes it! A+ Also just chatted with the owner as I waited for my food. Nice people!
So glad I gave this place a try. I had the kielbasa with provolone cheese, green peppers and onion, WOW- it might be one of the leanest kielbasas I have ever had. Rich flavor. Fresh Mancini’s bread and the size of the link was huge.
Hats off to the staff who are very friendly. Fun atmosphere inside.
Can’t wait to try the hot sausage!
Had lunch here with a friend today and was impressed. High quality ingredients and friendly service. I met the owner who informed me that they get their bread from Mancini's fresh every morning. No wonder my sandwich was so delicious!
This place is awesome! The guy at the front (possibly the owner?) Vinny was super nice and informed me that you can save money by calling your order in instead of ordering online. The food was fantastic too - probably the best sausage sandwich I've had in Pittsburgh! Yinz have gotta give this place a try if you want a nice, big, meaty sandwich from a fun local business.
I just ordered a cold plain corn beef sandwich for my Mom. What I got was a hot corn beef with sour kraut and some slop on it. No one else there when I ordered maybe they need to listen $10 down the. Drain.
Awesome place for takeout. Huge portions priced just right. A Monday special is the FRIED JUMBO (bologna) with your choice of melted cheese on freshly baked Italian white bread. Try the roast beef, kielbasa, corned beef, or hot sausage. Large variety of sandwiches and subs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
Very unique little place cool artifacts everywhere and very friendly I'll be going there more often
Great service and food. First time I visited they hooked me up with a drink just because I’d never been.
The " Biker Babe " brought me here that sandwich is like happy hour on your taste buds Pittsburgh hidden Gem.
We this place. Best hoagies in Pittsburgh. Super friendly service. I want to recommend they add the fries, onion rings, etc to the menu.
Got the The Italian Stallion. Was well crafted and deliciousLooking forward to the next round!
This is a local gem. The owner is so kind and personable, and everything is made fresh to order. There are a ton of sandwich options, and even one for vegetarians, which is what I got. It was so big that I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. And, if you want a nostalgic snack or dessert to accompany your sandwich, you're in great company. I can't wait to try their breakfast!
