Dropping down to 1 star. The neighbors and location are nice, however, it appears upper management has done a poor job of supporting the facilities crew in responding to tickets. Our washer was out for an extended period of time (>5 months) ; coincidently only fixed due to hole in ceiling due to leak. They state that they do not usually make adjustments to rent for washer being out. My wife and I have had to make trips to the laundromat exposing myself and my family and 1 year old to the possibility of contracting covid. Other neighbors have had delayed responses to maintenance as well. ONEWALL's response is that due to covid they've had to take precautions with there crew coming into homes which is understandable, however, what upper management is not willing to make any adjustment to rent when advertised amenities are out of order or not available or there is a hole in your ceiling and one has to keep a bucket in the bedroom. Again, friendly neighbors and employees at the office, but looks like upper management isn't driving the right decisions to support residents.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
The leasing company is comically awful! You can find apartments of similar quality (or nicer) for less in the area and the horrific leasing company combines all the terrible aspects of a large leasing company with the shady practices of a bad landlord!
You can expect:
• Enormous rate hikes year over year (10%) so even if you get a decent rate your first year, you are in for a bad time unless you want to move every year of your life
• Copious maintenance issues that takes days or weeks to resolve (I am on my third water heater, have had sewage back up into my bath tub 4 times, have had to go without heated water in mid winter, and randomly lose electricity to half the apartment). It is exhausting to deal with this ALL OF THE TIME, it is literally like a second job and a constant source of anxiety.
• "Losing your checks" on more than one occasion, and then when you insist that you left it there inbox they will magically find it but not waive late fees caused by their own negligence. You are basically forced to use the direct ACH service because of how incapable they are of handling actual checks.
• A completely unresponsive leasing office. It can take weeks to get a response to an email and even then they are absolutely NO HELP. They make 0 accommodation, do not negotiate, show no understanding, and are overall rude and inconsiderate.
• After hours maintenance is not even worth trying. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes you will talk to a call center employee who will attempt to deploy maintenance staff. IF you actually get maintenance, it will likely be someone who had to drive an hour to this location, just not to have the tools to fix what is broken. They will be understandably frustrated and so will you, so a bad time all around. Then you get to wait another day to have your issue resolved.

I feel they have seriously taken advantages of residents during the pandemic. During a time where it is extremely difficult to move they are still practicing enormous rate hikes and completely inflexible. Additionally, the credit for not being able to use advertised services is LAUGHABLE.

It is genuinely a shame that what could've been a very positive leasing experience has been turned sour by their inability to do anything correctly AT ALL.

Don't put money down unless you know you have it and they make you have double the money.
I even showed that I paid other landlords they don't care.
All they care about is that you make more they don't give good people chance.

In the year and a half I lived here, I never had a single problem. The reason I’m not giving it five stars is that it was very pricey for Bethlehem. But if you can afford the rent I would certainly recommend it!

I’m confused by why these apartments are getting such bad reviews. I’ve lived in some awful apartments before for the same price, and this wasn’t one of them. I knew other people who lived here too, and to my knowledge they never had any problems either.

My experience through the move in process was straight forward and stress free for my roommates and I. The people in the office have been very helpful and able to answers all of our questions. The apartment we got was in good condition for a good price.

I live here with my roommate and the rent is higher than expected. Rent was supposed to be 1350 a month and now we pay almost 1700 monthly. To which is ridiculous it was more than we were told we were gonna pay. And because of this we are having difficulties. We express this to management and they tell us that if we don’t pay they’ll file in court (more money) and when they file in court they kick us out and we have to pay all their legal fees. The person who helped us set this up was very nice. But we can not help but to feel shafted and we can’t even break our lease early without paying an extra months rent on top of that. It’s really disrespectful and unfair to have to face such issues when moving into your first apartment. I really wish I had an undo button because if so I would do it in an instant.

To end a lease early, these terms apply: 60 day written notice and an extra month rent due by departure. The security deposit cannot go toward the last month rent. There is no exception for residents leaving because they bought a home. I called corporate and left a message to verify that they don't have a home buyer program to end the lease early without such high penalties. I never heard back from corporate. For anyone planning to buy a home in the near future, this is what you must comply with. Good luck!
Management need not reply to this posting. Regards.

Very disrespectful staff at their office, overpriced, internet so expensive because no other competition, i left the apartment very clan and they refund me from the deposit $64 out of $250, honestly if i have time i was going to go to the court because i have recorded the clean apartment for every sing side of the apartment before i gave them the keys, also i had emergency so i had to leave the apartment 15 days before the contract ends.

The apartment is great. Quiet and safe area. The problem I have is the fact I've been living here since 2014 and when i first moved in the rent was a good price, the pool was included in my rent, and they shoveled very well during the winter. This last year was a nightmare. The shoveling was terrible, I have to pay for a pool pass even though I'm a tenant. How do they think charging me 50 bucks every pool season would be a good idea? On top of the fact that my rent has been going up every single year! And they use to only charge 5 bucks for a guest pass. Just got the letter now its 10 bucks this year! I also have central air/heating. They use to change the filters for my apartment. The last two times i had to stop a maintenance worker. He said they don't do that anymore. Regardless he gave me a new one and was nice about it.

All in all. The apartment is great, the area is nice, but management is lacking. I will not be renewing my lease for another year, unless a deal can be made with the leasing office to try and get back to what I was offered when I first moved in.

I would completely advise against moving into this location. I have lived here for almost 2 years and the only reason I am still here is because it's so highly prices that we have a hard time saving to move. Any issue we have, we are treated like a bother. The management is absolutely horrible. People are constantly moving in and out and we hear every move out neighbors make. You DO NOT get what you pay for here. It's is completely overpriced. Parking is a nightmare.

Moving here was easily one of the most regrettable decisions of my life. This place has made my start at raising my family an absolute nightmare.

We were lied to about numerous facts when interviewing to live here.

If you are looking for a nice place to live at a fair price, I strongly advise that you look elsewhere.

I would not advise moving Into these apartments. They are completely overpriced for such a small space. Before I moved in, they talked a good game! Saying how inexpensive it would be, how certain things would be covered in a bundle deal. It’s a lie, they make you pay so much for such a tiny space! I’ve been trying to save money to move out, but it’s hard because The rent is extremely high. They are extremely inconsiderate here. I can’t even put my tv above the volume 30 without my neighbor giving the front desk a ring. I pay close to 1,250 a month for just a one bedroom, I should be able to put my tv above 30. I could have honestly rented a house for the amount I pay. I am highly disappointed with this place! Don’t even get me started about the pet policies, they expect you to pay a 500 deposit for your dog or cat and monthly they expect you to pay around 200! They want me to pay about 1400 on top of my rent for a puppy. The apartment is not that nice, the washer/dryer’s are no good, the refrigerator leaks, the stove/oven does not heat up properly. The bathroom is tiny and the water for the heat takes awhile to warm up. When it snows they don’t clean the pathways well enough, I almost crashed coming into the facility. This is my first apartment and I will never recommend anyone to live here! I’ve seen nicer and bigger places for cheaper! So if you are considering moving here I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don’t fall into the trap! I can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can actually enjoy where I live and feel at home. The landings is not home, it does not make you feel welcomed. People are always moving in and out and I honestly do not blame them! ALSO you pay so much money and don’t even have parking! Every day there’s a new car parked right in front of your apartment number! You literally have to park in other apartment spots! (You can’t even park where your building is) because they don’t assign the parking so anyone can simply park where you live!

The absolute worst year of leasing in my life. The management nickles and dimes you for every little thing. At the beginning of the year they put me on this $81/month flat charge for utilities (which didnt even include electricity or internet so you have to get that separately) and when I asked them to remove me from the flat rate charge cuz my neighbor told me that was a rip off, they never did, for the entire year! Furthermore, they use your security deposit to pay for things they should be covering on their end, like paying for the people they "hire" to inspect the apartment, and end up keeping your deposit, and sending you a bill on top of that, even though theres no damage. Lastly, they're slow to respond to requests like bug issues, water issues, etc.just fast to take your money. DO NOT LIVE HERE, let this place go bankrupt.

I have been staying at this place for past one year. A good place to live.definitely better than apartment complexes around. Only thing that frustrates me is management. They are very inconsiderate and rude. It seems you have to almost fight to get work done even it is for the betterment of complex. 8/10 for apartment but 2/10 for management.

Renter beware. Your apartments not viewable until the day you sign the lease. When you do see it, it looks nothing like the model the showed you. The appliances countertops and cabinets are lower grade than what you saw. The walls still have nail holes in them and are poorly patched in other spots. Not worth the premium rent they charge go down the street and pay 300 less.

This apartment complex is corrupt. If you give them money they will hold it FOREVER! Deposit money was taken and assured after they UPPED THE RENT PRIOR TO MOVING IN, that they would return it to the credit card AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IT's been OVER A MONTH and all we get is shuffled around and now they say they may send a check? NO CHECK WAS GIVEN TO THEM, IT WAS A CREDIT CARD and SHOULD SIMPLY BE REIMBURSED. BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT ON THE UP AND UP.

Really nice apartments. Ownership, not so much. First-the rent is essentially a moderate mortgage for a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment. I could get a house for what I paid here. Second-we were lied to when we moved in-we were told that after a year living here we could negotiate our rent for the second year. Well the rent went up $75/month and when we asked for that to be lowered, they told us they no longer do negotiations. Then they re-listed the apartment for less than we paid after we moved out. INSULTING. It's a nice place to live, quiet and safe (if you don't mind spending almost $15,000 a year on an apartment). But the ownership doesn't really care about the tenants.
