The Lodge at Woodloch, Hawley PA

All I can say is WOW. From the moment you step on property, you are completely taken care of! The service is amazing, property is gorgeous, spa is heavenly, and room is perfect! I'd suggest asking for a room on the 3rd floor facing the lake - it was stunning. Only compliant is that the vegetarian options and food was just OK.

Everything deserves five stars. It was truly an amazing experience/getaway. My wife booked for my birthday and we both loved it. The lodge itself, amenities, staff, food, pool, etc.

Service is exceptional - spa staff, guest services, restaurant wait staff, all the activities. Beautiful setting and very quiet (no kids running around). Fun activities throughout - we took a couple of nature lessons (birding and wildflower walk) with Ryan - both were enjoyable and educational. The valet (proactively) offered to charge our vehicle. Very relaxing and energizing getaway. We'll definitely be back.

Was lucky enough to catch a garden dinner & a garden lunch during my stay. Did a midweek getaway. Pampered, well fed, enjoying all that Woodloch offer. Every one of the staff was lovely.

Everything is incredible. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, the customer service is exceptional. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for making our 10th anniversary so special.

Day Spa service was great, will definitely be coming back! A little hard to get day spa reservations because of the high demand, but I see why and makes sense to give priority to hotel guests. Clean, nice amenities, unique spa features.

Unfortunately this Spa has gone down hill! Dirty towels strewn about everywhere (in all spaces). The place is dirty, the jacuzzi temperatures are never checked. The fireplace in the ladies lounge was off. They don't offer any morning pastries like they used to in the tea room. There is no coffee in the ladies lounge, water only and tea bags. The heat bulb was out in one of the showers. The shower rooms overall were not clean. The salad bar was empty at 1: 00. There was little, to no snow in the snow room. The ladies lounge was filled with gaggles of women screaming, using phones, chattering on loudly! This is supposed to be a spa experience. This is the furthest from a relaxing experience. In the ladies lounge, all you hear is SCREAMING! Pool "jazzercise" class, is not relaxing, why would you allow that in what is supposed to be a tranquil atmosphere? Why don't you have as part of your attendants tour, a script that the attendants follow to inform the guests: " Please keep your voices to a whisper and respect other guests? Please do not use your phone, except in the main lobby? " Common sense if you're attempting to provide a relaxed spa environment, which this is NOT! Please clean up after yourselves, there were dirty towels EVERYWHERE!

Spa felt like a day of luxury. The space is chic and beautifully decorated. Everything looked brand new. Deb gave an excellent tour of the spa facilities and explained everything. The ambiance is perfection. My Lodge massage with Renee was so relaxing. Booking a spa treatment allows you to stay one hour before and after. I especially enjoyed the salt sauna and snow room. I can’t wait to go back.

My mom and I had a spa day together, consisting of the salt soaking experience, lunch (world class), massages and a body wrap. We also used the saunas, steam room, snow room and pool.
The whole experience, from the time we drove in through the gate, could not have been better.
We will be back!

Unbelievable experience, nothing was out of place. Amazing property, staff, and accommodations. Worth every penny, you get what you pay for. Will return again and again.

Amazing resort & spa! So many classes being offered at any time of the day. Food was superb and everything was always fresh. Facilities were super clean and kept well stocked. I can’t wait to visit again!

This is one of those truly unique and special places. From our waiter Gene who offered and served us not only delicious but stunningly prepared food to Elaine and Renee who had us in stitches during our pedicure, this spa is like no other. Lisa massaged away the aches in my back with the help of cupping, which I had never tried before. The people who work here clearly love spending their time and effort at a place that lives up to its cost and hype. Thank you to everyone that made our stay memorable, restful, and relaxing!

One of the best spas in the world. I love the Himalayan salt stone sauna paired with their one of a kind snow room. The classes are amazing. The instructors are so knowledgeable. The treatments are so relaxing. We had such a wonderful time we didn't even want to leave. Will come again

This was our third time staying at The Lodge at Woodloch. We liked the convenient location. It is such a pity that the hotel can not keep their commitment to service in line with the prices they are charging.
Some staff are wonderful, others are so snippy, not customer focused and treat guests like inconveniences.

Third and last time to stay here unfortunately. There are many other options to explore like The Auberge Wildflower within driving distance of NYC. Such a pity.

One of the best trips I’ve ever taken. If you can, stay for more than three days to try and experience all they have to offer. You will not regret it. Truly takes care of yourself in every sense.
