Attempted to check in with our reservations. A family of four - we were met with a smaller than reserved room that was actually dirty. Definitely living on past laurels

BEDBUGS! Uggggggg!
Was staying here for a work event and unfortunately me and one of my coworkers found bedbugs in our beds. I had already stayed one night before I found them and was completely freaked out. I packed all of my belongings, including my enormous, packed suitcase, in plastic bags and left the hotel immediately. I am insane with the thought of contaminating my home. Today I have to figure out what I am going to do with my entire suitcase contents and now my car interior. You can’t tell me that you didn’t know there was a problem prior to my arrival. When two people from the same party on different floors of the hotel clearly there is a widespread problem. Very very neglectful and there is no excuse for exposing people to the stress of bedbugs! I felt it was necessary to share this in the hope that it will help others avoid this issue. I do have a video of it crawling around the bed but it was too large to upload so I uploaded a photo.
I do have to mention that the staff in the hotel was very nice and accommodating but nothing can make up for the experience of being exposed to bedbugs during a hotel stay.

Great location and great restaurant at the hotel. The housekeeping is horrible. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping cleaned our room only once. The request for housekeeping service needs to be made 24 hours prior, and when we made it, the housekeeping failed to show up. We were told to remove used towels and leave them outside of our room, and the same with the garbage. We had to call and request clean towels, toilet paper and all other items daily.

I don’t understand why this hotel has so many five star ratings. It must’ve obviously gone down in quality over time up through my visit. If you’re reading the hotel merely for a location, no doubt the location of the hotel is beautiful. Everything else I was highly disappointed. For the price that I’m paying I would expect the room to be nicer than it was. My own bedroom is 20 times nicer than this hotel room. There was no tub in the Bathroom. There was also stocking problems with several items including towels, coffee, stirs for the coffee, cops for water, coffee cups. As far as the food goes, we ordered from the café and they didn’t even have butter for the bagel, only cream cheese, and when I received my bagel it was burnt. Additionally, thinking that the hotel cares for their guests is outlandish because you have to pay additional for Wi-Fi which happens to be $13 a day and you also have to pay additional for parking. What they sport it on their website about the health spa and swimming pool and a whirl pool, is not up to the standard that they make it out to be. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will never provide a positive recommendation for this hotel. The front desk staff also seemed snobby.

The positives just because I don’t want to seem like everything was horrible include the bed was comfortable, the location is good, and service the staff member that brought us coffee to our room was polite. 2 stars provided solely due to the location being Good. But in saying that, there are several other hotels in the area that I’m sure are much better quality than this one

We walked in at 4: 30pm and the told us as well had a sign at the door that they were already booked for the whole even. As we were leaving out a man was walking in and I asked did he have a reservation and he said no, went I and never came out. It was only two of us.wow.

Concerning quality when advertising as 5 star and questionable covid safety practices.

The hotel was formerly the four seasons and they have not even taken the sign off the door with room policies from when it was Four Seasons.

Our duvet was covered in red and brown stains which was highly unsanitary. When the housekeeper manager came to fix the bed she and her staff were all wearing their masks with their noses exposed. This was not the first occasion this was witnessed. They have reduced services due to Covid including housekeeping but their staff doesn’t wear their face masks properly.

Overall we will never stay here again.

I noticed that I was overcharged $400 the first day of my stay and brought it to the front desks attention. Her response was that she did not see the charges and that I needed to speak to my bank. The charges continued for 6 days. (my stay was for one night). A month later and the overcharge has still not been refunded.

The staff was more than unhelpful.
I requested a birthday package with champagne and a desert along with the pet package two months in advance. I then inquired about the packages three days ahead of the stay, and they were confirmed. I again inquired about the request the day before and day of the stay. (Jazel promised it would be taken care of.)
When we arrived to our room there was no champagne, desert, or pet package. I asked the front desk (in person) and was told I need to call the front desk. When I called I was told I would have needed to put in a request. I still had the messages from Jazel who I had spoke to just an hour before arrival that had confirmed the packages.
Amenities were not available. You have to reserve the pool, but cannot until you check in. I asked about the pool and gym as soon as we checked in to be told that there were no openings available during our stay. She didnt even seem like she tried to find space for us.

Trying to order room service was also difficult as the Urban Farmer was not answering the phone for over 40 minutes. This put us behind in our schedule.
I ordered the 7x wagyu med rare and it came well-done. Because we were running late due to them not answering and the long wait time I could not send it back. Not only was it the most expensive steak I've ever had, it was the worst.

Since apparently the hotel did not want to offer any champagne I got my own. I asked the front desk for a cork screw to open it, they told me to ask Urban Farmer, they of course were not helpful.

So for my birthday celebration I was not able to have a drink with my overdone $75 steak.
Left a wonderful taste in my mouth.

There was a small roach under my sheets. I was completely disgusted; I would speculate that they don’t clean well if they don’t even change the sheets. Food was pretty good when we did visit the pool it took a lot of communicating with the reception and walking back and forth to get access to it because no one was at the pool entrance to let you in and they are supposed to give you a keycard with your room key to get in which they did not offer to us. All in all, I did not feel comfortable in my experience and felt uneasy in my room after the bug surprise.

Dusty room as if no one has booked a suite before Covid. No full length mirror anywhere (my ladies will understand) gross showers with moldy caulk. Terrible decor outdated popcorn ceilings.

Great location! Walking out of the hotel, everywhere is a scenery!
Clean and modern nice room!
We didn’t get to use their amenities so I can’t comment.
Great price value! About $200 for a king room with last-min booking!
However, some of their staff are not that friendly!: (A bit disappointed with this kind of service at a 5-star hotel!

Overall, not a bad experience!

We booked this hotel because we are Hilton Honors members and this was the closest location to our needs. In the early morning of our check out day, we turned the light on in the bathroom to find numerous black bugs and roaches. Then saw them in the bedroom as well. This is a five star hotel and not cheap so we did not expect to find this unacceptable condition. The entire hotel needs fumigation/extermination services but I doubt they will close it and service it properly. We were told it would be reported when we informed them at checkout. At most, I suspect they will spray the room which was on the 4th floor. A wonderful location but we will not stay in those conditions.

BED BUGSSSS! Omg bites all over my body + my 4 children. We stayed at the Logan for 4 days. On 2021 Sept 7-11th the first two days we complained of something wrong their response was nothing we can do until we test the room. Ok The test came back positive for BED BUGS! Even the house keeping said what’s biting you guys are bed bugs! I was Appalled totally disgusted! They moved us to another room to accommodate (no way!) how ever that room was really disturbingly dirty!
They told us our payment will refund all the money but unfortunately they have not yet! Also we were told There’s nothing they can do for us.nothing they can do but file a accident report they also told us it’s out of their hands and only Security can handle that situation. Through a third-party basically brushing it off, putting us out even our door keys stop working!
Come to rescue no one knocked on door no one cared!
Wouldn’t even provide corporate number no help no one CARE @ ALLLLLLLL!

We stayed after we ran the Broad Street Run. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The valet staff was very friendly and personable. However, the first experience at the front desk was disappointing. Our few questions at check in seemed to annoy the woman at the front desk. We chose this hotel after many searches based on the rooftop bar and other amenities. We were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed on Sunday and there was no room service or restaurants in the hotel open on Sundays. We had no options for food unless we went out and walked at least 6 blocks. In addition there were no options to stream or get shows on demand. Very disappointing.
On a good note…. Thank you to Kathryn and Monica at the front desk Sunday evening. They were so nice!

I found this very pricy hotel to be rather average. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Hallways are very dark and dull. Noisy hallways. Several issues such as TV and safe not working. Basic supplies for coffee, etc were not replenished before we arrived.
Disappointed.

Great hotel in downtown Philly, right on the Ben Franklin parkway, near the Art Museum. Beautiful, modern, artsy decor. Very professional staff. Well appointed rooms, with great views. Within walking distance of many hot spots and local sights.

I just find it so irritating the food delivery policy is so inconsistent. If Monique is working, she doesn’t allow food delivery. I usually always stay here for work, but I am going to have to find a new place with room service, or who at least allows Ubereats drivers to deliver.

I rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel for a couple of reasons. Needs repair and renovation and valet staff should be less aggressive.

Based on the room I was in, which was a nice sized superior room. The bathroom door was also in an awkward location. When the door is open it blocks the tub and interferes with the sink. The ceiling showed signs of an old leak, peeled pain on ceiling.

Valet staff, one in particular, should be trained on politeness. He was aggressive for no reason.

There was an old dead bug next to toilet, not sure how housekeeping missed it many times.

Let me preface this by saying i don’t even write reviews bc it’s never that serious. This hotel is not worth the price. For someone that just wants to enjoy the calm of a change of scenery and the ease of being in a 5 star hotel, my stay was completely disappointing. The rooms have no microwaves, the showers are dated, the fridges have no freezing component like most hotels offer, the TV doesn’t offer all channels advertised on their own guide, some of the ice machines are broken and for someone that just had a major surgery being told to simply go to another floor after being instructed to call down for ice delivery is disheartening. Amenities are subpar, i found hair and someone else’s socks in my room and for the level of class expected, LOL there were people in the hall at 4am laughing at what must have been the funniest joke in the world. Two stars because the staff that kept staring at me didn’t find his way into my room in the middle of the night and i slept safely.

Boutique hotel with trendy restaurant - urban farmer, gorgeous night cap rooftop bar with a view - assembly, full gym on the lower level with two complete rooms of cario machines, weights and even peloton bikes. Comfortable beds with sound proof rooms from the outside traffic, great meeting spaces with spacious boardrooms and full wall length windows to make long business days more of an experience.

AMAZING. Staff, room, experience. Such a fun visit. We brought our 4 small children and we were treated like gold. The valet guys and doormen were on top of it and really helpful even during busy rushes. Great pool. Great restaurant. Great location. There is a small splash pad across the street for the kids. I really felt like everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I couldn’t wait to leave this review. Well worth the money.
