The Marketplace at Steamtown reviews
12Used to be a shopping mall with Stores and restaurants. Now it is not that. Boscovs department store is still there. It's a clean organized retail place to shop.
I would give this place a 0 This place isn’t a mall this is just sad there’s like 2 options for food. And they’re not even good food. Don’t come here. Unless you are going to the aquarium… I see why no one is in this mall.
Went to Boscovs.found what I needed, I even saw my dad getting directed through the store, and we didn't go together or plan to meet! I bought some needed stuff.you better know what you're getting, I'll guarantee you'll see more! Fast service, ticket validated, and employee's attitudes were stellar. I'll be back!
Escalators were inoperable, but I can use the exercise. No complaints.
Little quite during the wk. However, little more busy on wkends. Intresting Trip. Electric aquarium is inside.
Really nice aquarium, with a new rain forest exhibit. Easy access for handicapped wheel chair or scooter friendly. Free parking. This is in a repurposed mall giving very easy access.
A mall with an aquarium and a lot of medical care space. Ample underground parking, Available escalators/elevators from parking to 1st and second floors. A clean mall that is nice for getting in one's steps, catching lunch or doing a little shopping. I have not been to the aquarium but, I plan on reviewing it soon. It's not hard to get your parking validated as long as you shop. That said, as indoor malls go, this one seems to have figured out how to keep their doors open and keep people interested in coming. So some stores or spaces were closed. I was still impressed with the amount of shops still open compared to other malls I've been to in the past few years.
I was there for a dr. Appointment. The marketplace itself seems dead. Geisinger section is nice. A little under staffed. Everyone was helpful. And I meet a few ladies that were in a 65 and older exercise group that were very nice and chatty lol.
Just not what it used to be. I remember going 11 12 years ago and that place being busy during Christmas it was decorated. It's a shame we lost it
It's quieter and more laid back and peaceful, not many stores now but I'm sure it'll return to it's former glory
The guy is amazing and very knowledgeable. He educated my daughter a lot on sharks and stones and it was phenomenal
Great store, nice location very clean with a great atmosphere also roomy really neat Starbucks to check out
Clean easy to park escalators and elevators friendly staff. Very handicap friendly throughout
