The salespeople don't pressure you and they don't try to upsell. They actually listen to what you say you want, then help you find it.

Once you find what you like, your salesperson will make thoughtful additional suggestions, but again - no pressure.

I actually witnessed a salesperson deal with a very difficult customer during my shopping trip last week. Not only did I witness this customer smack her four-year-old daughter repeatedly, she then tried really hard to make the salesperson pay for all of the sales tax, saying that he did not mention the tax at all, nor was it on any of the signs. Completely irrational - everyone knows there is tax to pay on almost all items! But to keep the sale, the salesperson split the tax with her.

I had the same salesperson, and even after all that nonsense, he was kind and calm and thoughtful. He took great care of me and explained delivery as well.

My family will stay loyal to this store for the years to come! Plus.they have great prices.

Kevin is a great sales associate! He is friendly, informative with no high pressure sales pitch. I went in for 1 and ended up purchasing 2 mattresses! Highly recommend the Mattress Factory!

Dealing in our search for a new bed the salesperson Kevin was so very helpful in narrowing down to the bed that fit our needs and explaining the ins and outs of the different brands that we tried. The price of our purchase I was very pleased with as it was very competitive against the bigger name stores.

We bought a mattress in Oct 2022. The salesman said we could exchange it, no problem, if we need to, despite what their policy says. In Dec 2022, we did end up exchanging it through an initial easy process. We also ordered a second mattress and adjustable base. 2 days before delivery is when everything went downhill. We received a call from our salesman, right before our scheduled delivery, who said he messed up with the exchange and gave us “too big of a discount” and forgot to charge us a delivery fee and exchange fee. He wanted to charge us an extra $400+ or threatened to cancel our exchange and leave us with a mattress we no longer could tolerate. We ended up settling on paying the exchange fee for $200. When the delivery came, they BAITED AND SWITCHED us. They gave us a different model base that was about half the price of the base we ordered. The delivery guy showed us his paper work and our sales guy actually crossed off what we ordered and put something else - that didn’t match our copy of the receipt! Completely shady and unbelievable. The second mattress we got also had a hole in it. The company refused to acknowledge or deal with these issues - they simply ignored us for weeks. So we cancelled the credit card payment for the entire order. Thankfully this got their attention and they delivered us a new mattress and the right base but it took the cancelled credit card payment to get this. The company doesn’t stand behind their products or people. I could tell it was a toxic environment internally because everyone I spoke with at the company was scared of getting in trouble rather than owning their mistakes and making it right. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS.
