They basically left my mother to die and she did! All staff, including aides, intake and financial person are lairs. I am not a complainer but I have to let people know. The quality of care is zero. I will never forgive myself for allowing these people to care for my mother. Sadly they were able to hide behind covid restrictions and she laid in bed dying and they did nothing! I urge anyine even thinking to put their loved one in here to NOT! They should be investigated. I reported them but I still need to warn people. Do your homework! They've changed names with even worse reviews under previous name. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Worst place ever! My father was sent here for rehabilitation and they never helped my Dad with rehab for his hand, was giving wrong doses of medication to wrong patients, extremely careless with patients and the elderly that live there full time. Disgusting staff and service.please do not send your loved ones here! They will treat them like garbage and then try to bill for services they never even provided. If I could give a quarter of a star I would but one or two nurses were nice. My father to this day has nightmares about staying here.my heart breaks for the patients there that cry for help and are ignored.

AWFUL PLACE. FLOORS SMELL OF URINE. THERE ARE LITTLE SUPPLIES, NOONE CHECKS CARE OF PATIENTS. THE CNA HIRES ARE UNPROFESSIONALS. PEOPLE STROLL IN LATE TO THEIR SHIFTS, OF NO CONSEQUENCE. THEY HAVE PATIENTS UP TO 600PDS AT TIMES. PSYCHIATRIC PATIENTS, THAT HIT, THROW ITEMS, AND GO IN FEMALE ROOMS. NOONE IS ACCOUNTABLE! CONTINUE A FEEDING TUBE CONTINUOUSLY ON CLIENTS. GOOD WORKERS LEAVE DUE TO THE LOW PAY 40 PLUS PATIENTS AND 2 CNA. SOME EMPLOYEES COME IN BLASTED, AND GET REPORTED, YET THEY BRING THEM BACK TO WORK WITH CLIENTS! THIS PLACE IS BEDLAM! TOO MANY BAD THINGS I WITNESSED HERE. DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. THIS PLACE SHOULDVE BEEN CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY, A LONG TIME AGO!

My father was placed on the "rehab" floor after a stroke. He could walk with a walker. First thing we noticed is he was not allowed to leave bed. We were told a physical therapist would visit in 2 days and he would be allowed to use the walker. Nothing. He had to perform all bodily functions in bed when he was capable, unless family was there. How undignified. He is diabetic. They have no diabetic menu. Hot dogs and hamburgers, canned peaches, pb&j. His blood sugar was over 500. His "shower" was wet naps. Doctors said he would need 2-3 weeks of therapy. The facility said he would be there indefinitely. After 5 days, the family took him out. The facility threatened my mother. They said they couldn't bill medicare because no therapy was given. So they would bill her. $11K for the month and they counted a month because they were going to keep him signed in. Next day, we get a letter sent the day he was admitted, scheduling his therapy consultation a month later. They were going to keep him bound to his bed with alarms for a month! This is a senior warehousing medicare scam. He has been home for 2 days. Blood sugar under control, bathes himself, uses bathroom himself, and is mobile with a walker. My mom exercises his leg and foot. Keep your loved ones home.
