The Melting Pot, King of Prussia PA

Visited this place with family for the first time after hearing from a friend.
Ambiance - Good for spending time with family and friends.
Food - Decent, not good not bad. It’s kinda healthy food as most items are cooked in broth. Fondues are good especially chocolate desserts and cheese ones with starters. Salads are very good especially Caesar and California. Entrée should have more spread and quantity of dim-sum should be increased.
Cost - Little overpriced for 2 pax package.
Overall OK if you want to spend sometime with friends enjoying broth cooking and marinated food with fondue, but costly.

Jake was amazing. Just everything. If you are lucky to be seated in Jake's section, he will take care of you. He has great suggestions and it was lovely to have him as our waitstaff. We were there for 2.5hrs, much longer than we expected but the food was amazing and well paced.

The Melting Pot KOP exceeded my expectations. The food was great and most of all, the service was spectacular. I just wanted to compliment the service we received from Edwin! He really made our experience here outstanding! When we come back we hope he takes care of us again because we were so impressed at how well he did his job!

We visited to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our server, Jake, was excellent. He explained everything to us and made sure we had everything we needed and helped us make choices for our meal. The four-course fondue meal was excellent. We did one upgrade on the protein course ($4 for one person). The cheese fondue, the main course fondue and the chocolate fondue were all excellent. The two salad choices we made were also excellent.

Overall this was an excellent meal that we both really enjoyed. I recommend The Melting Pot in King of Prussia for a celebration meal.

Service was great throughout the meal but it took a bit to get our bill and then to pay. The debit/credit machine is quite different from what we are used to and after selecting a printed receipt on the machine I had to wait around to find Jake to go get the printed copy. What an unusual (to us) concept. We are used to the machine just printing the receipt.

While certainly not cheap (food only US$106) we felt the meal was worth it. Beer is priced OK but wine by the glass is certainly much more expensive than it should be in my opinion. US$14 for an "inexpensive" glass of wine is at least $4-$5 too much the way I see it.

We had a great anniversary dinner but this celebration came to about CDN$215 for our meal, one beer, and one glass of wine along with a pretty decent tip for Jake. That's quite pricey in my opinion. Then again, we were celebrating 40 years of marriage so that's only about $5 per year, LOL.

This place was so much fun! Went on a date with the mrs.and surprised her with the teddy bear rose pedal package. Our waiter Adrian was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and knew when to check on us. You’ll definitely be seeing us again. Thanks to the friendly staff and amazing food.

Currently sitting at our table. Was really impressed with the manager who made sure my wife, Who’s expecting; was seated comfortably when we first arrived. May and John the bar tender took great care of us, very attentive and pleasant! We will be back!

OMG! This place is fantastic! First time visiting and decided to go on our anniversary and the staff were amazing. Made us feel very loved the food was delicious and so ate the drinks. Ana was our server and I dont think we could of had a better one. She was fun and delightful, she made us feel very welcomed and went over everything with us. We will definitely be back and will be asking for her! I highly recommend The Melting Pot!

Came here for a birthday dinner, had a great time! 2 adults, 2 kids, and got the '$100 for 2 people' 4 course meal. Started with cheese fondue, then salads, then entree, then chocolate fondue. Really had fun, the tweens were entertained by sharing the food and we all thought everything was delicious. It was seriously plenty of food and our sweet server was fantastic. Will def return!

Once again Melting Pot King of Prussia does not disappoint. Between the ambience, the service the management and the food it is top-notch. It will always be my favorite restaurant to go to. Norm the general manager is truly a credit to his profession and Melting Pot. Anna the server is absolutely wonderful, I love her and hope to get her the next time. And one of the few restaurants that really cater to you and appreciate your patronage. If you haven't been to the new location you have to see how beautiful it is.

Love the new location and ambiance. The manager is super friendly and accommodating. We had to rush out early for a birthday escape room. They gave us certificates to come back the next night for our dessert. Due to a mixup with the check, we were overcharged a bit. They comped us an entire free meal. Our daughter also has Type 1 diabetes and they had nutrition info with carbs to make it so easy for us to order and calculate her correct insulin. Always my favorite birthday dinner! Can’t wait to come back!

Always a nice place to eat. It's fun to dip in the fondue. The service was great. The New location (Oct. 2021) is crisp, clean, and nicely decorated. We just got cheese and chocolate fondue but that was plenty of food. We tried the fried Oreos, but was not a fan. Overall a great experience.

Had an amazing dinner and top notch service from Ashley.always love eating there but having great service makes the experience all the better. All staff seem to assist each other and worked as a great team.

Had such an amazing time. Our waiter Edwin was the best and took great care of us. I have a severe peanut allergy and he took the time to make sure that every thing that came to our table was safe and the things that were manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts he also informed me about. His recommendations on food and drinks was amazing! Overall 10 out of 10. The food was great but the service made it even better.

Thank you so so much for everything. What an amazing dinner! Took my mom for a late mother’s day during the week. Mom loved every part of it. Norm the manager and Steve our server were both tremendously amazing! Great menu, great serving sizes, great staff, and amazing prices for the delicious food! The food was so so good and service was outstanding! We loved the new restaurant it was stunning and beautiful! I’ll surely be back!

Had a great time here for my anniversary! They set up our table so cute with rose petals and a card signed by the staff. Our server Jess was so friendly and nice to talk to and she took good care of us! The staff as a whole was very accommodating and friendly. We sat at the bar for a few minutes since we were early. The bar tender, I think her name was Savannah, was super helpful. I think a manager came over and checked on us as well. It was expensive but I guess we went all out for the night! The food was great, we were soo full!

My wife and I typically love going to the Melting Pot in King of Prussia. Always great service, great bar and drinks. Each course is better than the next. Today I had one huge issue. We always substitute the seafood and shellfish because I am allergic. We were told we were not allowed to do so. Why did every meal option include seafood? That’s insane- not one option without seafood It honestly ruined my experience and more than likely I will not be back. I wish I would’ve went to Davios, Morton’s or Sullivan’s.

I went to the Melting Pot for the first time with three of my friends, and we had a wonderful experience. Shout out to Erika who was an amazing server and did so well at explaining everything to us. The food was delicious, and the customer service was superb! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Keep up the excellent food and service everyone at The Melting Pot!

Personally I love fondue, it’s amazing in my opinion. The “Melting Pot” is a must see and eat when you visiting or looking for a place to eat after a busy day at the King Of Prusia Mall. Reservations are hard to get, even though that part is thought it’s well worth it no matter the wait. Customer service was so polite to us. From moving from one location to another the previous staff just has the best mood. The atmosphere that your surrounded in is something modern but also a nice warm theme. They took the space they had to deal with from the original restaurant that used to be there “Joes Crab Shack” into consideration and made it open and sleek. Seating near a electric fire place to sitting at a bar it’s amazing.

Food wise, it was a amazing experience. I don’t want to say much cause you need to see it in person, there is so much variety from the cheese to the bread etc. Menu was easy to understand and the prices were as predicted. From grilling meat to having a nice fondue looks are as good as taste.

We tried to do walk in. The hostess was quite rude. Told us at 7pm, no seats till after 10PM. Then offered us seats at the bar wedged next to the service bar, like almost in there way, no thanks we walked out. Is it criminal to show up without a reservation? Did I break the code of Melting Pot conduct? No reason to be rude!

We always go here for our March birthday friends! Always get the cheese and chocolate combo, and have never been disappointed! They usually have a deal in March that makes it even better and they usually send a birthday code for free chocolate covered strawberries (highly recommend!). For Valentine's Day, we have done the full 4 course meal. It was delicious! If you ever plan to do the full 4 courses, just plan for 3-4 hours, you will want to sit and relax while you stuff your face, lol. For anyone who has never been here, I highly recommend trying it out. It is quite the experience and even gives you some ideas to make fondue at home! The green goddess sauce is also amazing and I wish I knew how to make it. Thank you all for an amazing experience!
