I've worked for Merrick for 2 years as a seasonal job and I love them. Plant work isn't always fun but when you work around great people that doesn't seem to matter. Safest company in the industry. They accommodate most personal situations as best as they can to get you on the job and money in your pocket. Danny Merrick, Justin Merrick, and Jim Fisher go above and beyond for their employees and it shows. Best in the business.

Worked for Merrick for 2 outages as part time seasonal work during a break in college. Merrick works with veterans organizations which is how I got the job. Pay was exceptional, everything was straightforward and non-hasslse or run around.

Between Ownership being hands on and supportive. To the type of management with leads that have a willingness to be hands on with training and side by side in the field.
You cannot ask for a better company to work for.

This is my first outage season I’ve worked with The Merrick Group. I’ve had the opportunity to meet new people and visit two nuclear stations I’ve never been to. I learned new skills and look forward to the upcoming seasons. Nice group of people.from the recruiters, to the supervisors, the leads and all my co workers. I walked in not knowing anybody and wanting to go home. Lol.to now feeling like I’ve known them all forever within this short period of time. They really made work feel not so much like work.
