the metropolitan wynnewood

This place is generally neat and clean. Trees and flowering shrubs contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Something could be done to enhance a feeling of community, e.g. Picnic tables or benches close together so residents could socialize if they felt so inclined.
My problem is with annual rent increases that seem high. These increases cause me to feel ill at ease as to how long we can stay here although we really would like to remain here for years.

Metropolitan Wynnewood is a very nice apartment complex. Basic amenities that are well maintained. Upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, great windows for light and ventilation. Very considerate and helpful maintenance crew.
