Wasn’t open during posted hours — once when I tried to drop my guitar off and once when I tried to pick it up for repair.
They struggled diagnosing the problem with the guitar. They forgot to take my phone number so they couldn’t just ask me.
Gretch had me take it there for repairs because it was covered by its warranty, but they still charged me.
Terrible service. Never visiting again. Never buying Fender products. Completely incompetent business.
