The Nails Lounge, Hanover PA

My niece went in for a set and they told her she had nail fungus which she contracted from them previously, proceeded to rip her set of nails off AND STILL proceeded their services! My family spends so much money there just to be infected! Very unsanitary and so unprofessional!

Was in a few weeks ago. Felt rushed the entire time. I believe I was only in there for 25 minutes to get an acrylic set put on.
I came in 15mins before my appointment to pick out my color. I was approached not even 5 mins of being in there asking what color I wanted. 5 nails are crooked. (not noticeable, unless you stare at them a lot. Obviously, they’re on my hands so I have to look at them every day.)
Was not a Welcoming feeling. The entire time I was there, I felt uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Edit I also don’t even know my guys name. He never even said hello.

Went & got my nails done here right before Thanksgiving. My sister in law went back to get her nails done again and they told her that she had nail fungus, but still did her nails. I check my nails and thought I just had bruises underneath of my nails. We both went to urgent care today for it because my fingers were hurting underneath my nail and nails hurt. I let it go because I thought they were bruises. I was wrong, it’s nail fungus on 4 of my fingers underneath my nail. Now I’m going to have to try different medicines to get it to go away, and urgent care told me it could take a year for it to heal! Do not recommend and I will not be returning.

UPDATE - You replied back you are so sorry and want me to call you so you can fix it? You personally can’t fix nail fungus. Adding this since it won’t let me reply back to you.

If I could give zero stars I would. How can you be so dirty you give people fungus and just say it will go away on its own. And just apply a new set. Like how stupid can you be to not properly sanitize. I want your license number for state boards.

THEY ARE DIRTY! I've been going to this nail salon for 4 years and never had a issue besides maybe a sloppy french tip until thanksgiving time i got my nails done by the girl with the new baby she gave me nail fungus from not sanitizing if you haven't noticed pay attention they don't clean their bits or polish they literally put it back n use the same polish on nails as toe.he informed me i had fungus took off my set i had got on only 3 week prior TOOK PICS then he charged me for a new full set n said fungus goes away by itself i went to urgent care and now for medicine i have to get my liver tested and if you.got it to you also would have to get it tested to be able to take it.and it takes a year to go away he also took another client without cleaning I WATCHED HIM no discount no refund no telling me the truth he lied to my face now it's gonna be a year process to remove it n possibly switching through many different medications needless to say i'm very upset

First time here visiting my sister from out of state. Got my manicure Saturday the 23rd before Christmas, chipped and peeling within hours. Manicure was rushed. Missing half of my gel paint by Christmas.

Sonny is the best nail tech! I love him and Mimi, they’re super nice and always helpful! The atmosphere is so relaxing! I highly recommend The Nails Lounge and Sonny and Mimi!

Sonny does such a great job on my nails.all i have to tell him is what am looking for and he always comes up with the best ideas.the green on my nails moves depending how you look at it.

Mia is the best! I love how quick and detailed her work is:) she is my go to person! Lucy, Jenny, and Nyny are also very good! They have a pretty open schedule right now so I’ve been able to call in and get anytime I want!

Kenny is my guy, 100% satisfied every single time. He does a phenomenal job and will only use him in the future, currently taking a break but will return soon.

Joe at Hanover Nails is the best! Great salon, excellent service, and beautiful nail designs. Highly recommend for a relaxing manicure and pedicure

Sonny was great, made sure the length was good and made sure I loved them before I left, definitely would recommend, a tad pricey but overall so worth it

Tony and Lucy provide top-notch service at this salon. They have a wide range of options for nail designs and always make sure my nails look perfect. The salon has a great atmosphere too!

Sonny and Mimi are fantastic nail techs at this salon. They always do an amazing job with my nails, whether I want a full set or just a gel polish. Love the friendly and professional service!
