Never, ever ever use this company! This is how they work, they have a firewall set up around them. You call, get a service, and they never call back. You set up a "phone appointment" and they don't call at the appointed time. They have had all our tax info for months and months with no info back. We are now forced to recreate all our records, we are now late filing, all because this company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!
