6Worst place I’ve ever rented from, management is horrible here, worst rental experience I ever had ……. I have been watching tenants move out left and right here, nobody stays here more than a year, you have a tenant here with a little blue Subaru sports car with a very loud exhaust racing around the parking lot, and Management does nothing about it, definitely not a child or kid friendly complex,
Awesome place! Really happy to be here.appartments are well mantainedand if you ever need anything, they answer really fast and without a hasle.the apartmenst are spacious and at a good price.the comunity is awesome and all neighbors are really nice.
The manager is a great guy and so easy to work with! I would 100% recommend moving here.
This is the worst place I’ve ever rented from, people started moving out when new management took over, this complex is like a section 8 revolving door, nobody stays, drug deals in the parking lot, shady people, sitting out in their cars for hours getting high, definitely not a child, friendly place, management at this place is definitely the worst you’ll never deal with
This is the worst place I’ve ever rented. So expensive, hard to get in touch with manager when you have something urgent going on. After moving out, I lost half of my security deposit. When I knew there were no damages, they told me there was a crack on the bathroom sink and they billed me for it. This crack was there when I moved in. Who would ever think that is a damage when it’s just a small, irrelevant crack. It really hurt me that I lost my hard earned money. I received the check with no explanation or whatsoever until I drove to their office. I think you should think twice if you really want to rent from them. Most people moved out of the place after they changed management. Do your research well before going here. I regret moving in there!
Kevin, the overseer, is the only helpful person even though sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with him.
So glad I moved here. Kevin and Ken are the best. Very communicative and kind. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and they are so good about being flexible with my work day since I WFH. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves, which is great in my book. Close to major roads without being right on the road. Plenty of parking, and the courtyard is so nice to take out my pups! Any questions I have are answered quickly too. Honestly the only thing I'd change is to improve the sound proofing since it's an older building and sounds can travel. But since the management here is newer they've been making tons of improvements - my unit is redone, and they have been installing new lights in the outdoor areas, and they say they have more improvements planned! Definitely would recommend to a friend.
