I had gone in to get an exam and glasses. There was a problem with my plan and I didn't understand it. Danielle the manager came out, besides taking the time to review my plan with me she also called them to recitfy the problem. Because of Danielle's assistance I have new glasses and since she was so kind I will be back.

The staff at Monroe Optical have always been kind & courteous & helpful, especially Jorel. Anytime I visit he always brings out several options of frames, gives me pricing & gives me the space to try on & repeat try ons before my final choice…as with all the staff there. Thank you for your patience & time!
