Orange juice was amazing and is fresh squeezed. Dinner vibes, prompt service and great food.

Didn't know this was different from the place in town by SBS. I do now and will always go here from now on. Thanks for a great meal.

Really busy on a Sunday morning, but handled with elite efficiency. We had an apple cinnamon waffle, and two mini platters. Great way to start the day!

Always a good experience at Waffle Shops, but I have to say this is my favorite location to eat at.

I enjoy the staff here more than the Blue Course location and also like their bar seating more!

Recommend the Eggs Benedict with crispy home fries and SD toast!

The WS is a State College staple and worth a visit when you are in town. Be prepared to wait for a table during the breakfast and lunch rush.

I went to this restaurant this morning and ordered waffles, however halfway through the meal I realized there was a blonde hair in there, it was very disgusting, I I have dark hair and the blonde hair came from their waitress, it was just disgusting. However no one at this restaurant apologized, they take it for granted, hygiene is a concern and a complaint must be filed against them.

Good good and service! Blueberry waffle was phenomenal! Definitely a go-to if you're in the State College area!

PRO TIP: If you enjoy savory food more than sweet food (like me) for breakfast but still want a bit of something sweet- place an order of waffles for the table! Kind of like an order of fries for the table. I don't always want to eat a whole waffle or pancake for a meal. When I go, I order one waffle for the table and we all share it! I get to order something more substantial for my main breakfast meal but also get to have something sweet, best of both worlds!

The hot water for my tea smelled like sewage, there were bits of what looked like ground beef in my home fries. The waffles were good but wow 8$ each. The tea cup held approximately 2 ounces of liquid, at 6’3” it would take more than a few cups, but the stinky water made it undrinkable. Can’t recommend this restaurant

Food was delicious. I hot the bacon and cheese omelet, breakfast potatoes, and a wheat English muffin. My son got a hot chocolate and chocolate chip pancakes. Service was friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner.

We live in NJ and every time we come this place is a must! Amazing service everytime and don’t get me started with the food, if you haven’t been here already this is your sign to go!

WOWWWW! What an amazing place to eat for a taste of Pennsylvania. Ordered the hoagie and loved it. Was a little slow bringing it out and definitely tripped at least once in the stairs, but the food was so worth it! The onion rings are amazing as well, would recommend them to make any one order a meal. The servings are a little small, but with the o ion rings they were perfect.

Found this Gem of a place while traveling for work, lucky find if your in the area and want quality delicious breakfast

Literally my favorite restaurant. At minimum we go here at least once a year for my birthday. Been going here the last 20 years.

No dairy-free milks or gluten-free breads, but what they do (waffles) they do well. Great service definitely covers up any antiquated aspects of the Shop.

Huge all-day breakfast menu with a handful of burgers and sandwiches if you want lunch, and everything is very reasonably-priced. The veggie harvest omelette was delicious and not a gigantic portion either. The home fries were very tasty, a sort of crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside concoction. The pancakes were about average, nothing special, but the waffle was outstanding, very fluffy and sweet. Excellent, prompt service, too.
