I took 4 calls over 2 weeks to get a response. I was looking to have a driveway paved. After 2 weeks, I received an email that they were not doing residential jobs at this time. Why couldn't the answering service advised this instead of me waiting 2 weeks on a bid. Horrible customer service. To add to this, I never did speak to anyone other than the answering service.
