Air conditioner and outlet are not working since the day moving in and still no fixing (outside is above 90 degrees). Poor condition house and don’t rent here.

Just beautiful! Had a wonderful time yesterday. The food was amazing! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 no way to drop off and pick up anyone handicapped or when you are dressed up in heels!

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT EVER. Idc if you’re going to remove this review. I’ll keep posting:)

When I first moved in, my key fob didn’t work. And I had to park in the parking lot attached to the apartment. And then the catalytic converter of my car got stolen. The apartment managers made a bunch of excuses avoiding any responsibilities. They can’t even provide any camera footage to the police. Cuz guess what, there ain’t no surveillance cameras around the building. As an apartment in downtown area, and not having a single camera in the parking lot. Wow.

Another time I ordered Uber eats at 1AM, which is completely normal. And when I got downstairs and pick up my food. That old white doorman yelled at me and said the Uber driver entering the building at this hour makes him feel unsafe and accused me of putting everyone in the building at risk. Like how? Because I ordered food after midnight?

No one notified me 60 days before my move out date, and I submitted my notice 5 days late. Which is 55 days prior my lease end. And I got charged over $2,800. I called them and was being told to read the lease. My lease ended in April, but i moved out in march. One month earlier. Even though I notified them I will no longer use the garage, they charged me for parking, and even pet fees for April. And i even got over $200 utilities bill for April. And of course, they made enough excuses to take away my deposit money. Told me that the oven was dirty, but I’ve never used that oven once. So overall they made me pay over $4k, after deducting my deposit, I still had to pay $2400.

And also, the management people are so rude. Like I know y’all have pathetic lives and make minimum wages, but don’t take it out on other people? When you call them with any questions, they get triggered and started yelling and being condescending like they own the property themselves. It’s just frustrating to communicate with them bc they all have bird brains. I’m so happy I moved out after 8 months of living in this shthole.

I would give negative star if I could. But yeah, poor management, and staff in leasing office are disgusting and mean. Think twice before you consider moving in.

This building is an architectural gem, it kind of still hold that weight of have been so useful and dynamic at one point. It is a truly historical experience to call this place your home. I must say that I had a nice year living in this place. I gave it one star because after I moved out (apt was left spotless, rent always on time, overall caring tenant), cover by the Pennsylvania laws that are protective of landlords they took my deposit away in a dishonest, rather cynical way.
If this isn't a dealbreaker for you, move there, that place as I was saying, is a real gem!
