First time going to a barber in Philly having just moved here not long ago and will definitely be coming back! Terry took time to understand what I wanted and executed perfectly! Would highly recommend!

You guys used to be my favorite barber shop in town but from today…. Worst experience today from MONIQUE! So disappointed from service and negative energy and vibe from her (just don’t be a rude! And if your morning doesn’t go right, leave that negative energy at home or in a cab) by the way, the girl in the front desk was very nice!

I’m honestly so impressed and happy! Came for the first time today with long curly hair after more than a year without any haircuts. Terry took such good care of me and did an incredible job! Definitely coming back)

Rick gave me a trim and it was really one of the best cuts I've ever had. I think He's the best! Just went to the new shop on Frankford. Received another fabulous haircut from Rick. He's an artist!

This place is great. You can pick whichever barber you want and come out with a great cut. This place never lets me down. Both locations have very skilled and accomplished barbers.

Great vibe, great staff, and great haircuts have kept me coming back month after month. I also appreciate the online scheduling system that sends reminders of your appointments. Definitely recommend!

Easy online scheduling. Their space is clean/ bright. I worked with Taras but it seems like you could choose any barber there and end up with a solid cut. Only downside is that parking around there can be a little hard, so make sure you account for that

Philly barber co has become my new barber spot since moving to the city. Ruben is the man and takes care of me every time. When I can’t book him, Rian does an excellent job.

Wallace did an excellent job making my trip calm and easy - also, they gave me great tips about styling my new haircut!

I was visiting from out of town and Andrew was my barber. Andrew did an amazing job and I rate Andrew 5/5. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with him and he did a great job cutting my hair.

Andrew is the only reason I am not giving this business 1 star. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not pleasant.

I walked into the shop and there was no one at the front desk which is ok because everyone was busy. Lauren (manager) was at the front door working on something with the door. Since no one said anything when I walked in, I proceed to head towards the couch. It was then that Lauren told me that I needed to check in at the front desk with Monique.

I informed her I checked in online (my previous barber shop only required check in at the desk if you were a walk in so I incorrectly assumed making an appointment online was the same as checking in).

It was then that Lauren (manager) very sarcastically stated, "Oh wowwwww. I've never heard of anyone checking in online before. I didn't know that was possible. "

I apologized to her and told her that this was my first time here. I checked in with Monique and she was nice and respectful.

However, my experience with Lauren set off the vibe completely. It is unfortunate to see this is how a manager treats their customers when they walk in, especially when it is their first time. I was very unhappy with the experience and will not do business here anymore.

If you want a good haircut, go ahead and go here but don't expect good customer service from the manager.

Never had a bad cut here. Everyone is friendly and the place is very clean. You can view your favorite barbers schedule through the companies website so making appointments are a breeze. Tip in cash, but they also take venmo incase you left your wallet at home or something.

Great atmosphere and amazing barbers at affordable prices. Been with Rick and Wallace and have walked out thrilled with my hair every time.

Beautiful space and excellent haircuts. Could not recommend more. Go to get the cut, have a drink, and hang with some fun people! Extra points for quizzo!

Jess was great. Thanks for the haircut and conversation. The owner was funny. He was eating two slices of pizza and talking about how his beard made him want to use a fork to eat it. Atmosphere was great. Kind, friendly, professional, and organized. I see some people didn't like it. That's a head scratcher to me. (shrug) I turned down the beer on tap (is it free?) I had to get to work afterwards. But definitely appreciate the nice touches making this shop unique and welcoming. Skate videos! Wut?

Tip to new customers: they accept venmo or cash only to tip, so make sure you're able to do one of those before you go. The nearest ATM is a couple blocks away. No biggie though.:)

In Philly for a couple of weeks and needed a haircut for an upcoming event. I’m always uneasy about trying a new barber but saw the good reviews and gave it go. Rian did an incredible job and I’m super happy with the cut. Definitely my new go-to when I’m back in Philly.
