THE PHOENIX APARTMENTS

The condos and location in this area are great. Unfortunately if you have to have any dealings with the management, namely John Kroll or Michelle Nielsen, it's a nightmare. A leak of human feces took place in a unit. No information was passed along to the owner or lessee. The management were rude, sarcastic, and uncooperative in trying to move things along to clean and repair all the damaged areas. What could have been a smooth easy process was marred by these two people. Better management would improve the experience greatly.

The Residences at the Phoenix are top of the line quality.
Gorgeous building and units, high ceilings, great windows, incredible views, amazing direct access to the train, close access to the expressway, nice neighbors and staff. Wonderful gym, roof deck, Club room, conference room, extra kitchens, extra storage, parking (for additional fees). It has it all and is very classy.

The best in Philly. You cant beat the location, with lower level access to Suburban Station. Across from Love Park and the Comcast Center. Beautiful building, with full service concierge and a great restaurant and Starbucks in its posh lobby. Immaculately maintained.

Beautiful luxury condo's with 24hr concierge services easy access to everything in the city plus transportation to anywhere you need to go, building also has great 20th flr rooftop outdoor lounge with 4th flr access to gym, game area & other amenities not to mention direct access to all regional rails, local trains & trolleys straight from the building without having to go outside to get there. Most of all they have an Outstanding Concierges, Valet & Staff! Beautiful atmosphere!
