5Very friendly and professional. Setup my PT program for rehabilitation after a hip replacement. After a month I have been able to return to all activities. Excellent staff.
From the first day, I was impressed by the professionalism shown to me by the staff. They were all very supportive and encouraging during the process of getting me from walking with a cane to being able to ride my bike. The staff changed the exercises as needed to facilitate my progress. They were flexible with the days and times available for workouts. Walking up and down stairs was extremely challenging and the staff worked up specific exercises for that. My first knee replacement was March 15th. My second was September 25. I chose to go to The Physical Therapy Institute for the second time because of the success I had the first time.
The wonderful, professional staff at The Physical Therapy Institute in Robinson helped me regain function after a hip replacement surgery. Everyone there is so supportive, and they really know what they're doing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everyone that works in this office is so kind and knowledgeable - I immediately felt very comfortable with the therapists. They have a great balance of gentle care and pushing you to do what they know you can handle. I had a quick and painless rehab of a broken ankle and am so grateful for their support and careful planning. I would wholeheartedly return if the need arises and I recommend this place to all - especially anyone who is anxious or nervous about doctors/healthcare. You'll be very well taken care of here by some friendly faces! Their communication is excellent and they check in with you regularly, which is great!
