Just signed a lease and Chloe made the overall experience really easy/ enjoyable. I asked 1000 questions throughout the process & she was very helpful

We were in the city this past weekend visiting several apartment facilities, looking to move within the next few months. Our 2nd appointment was at The Piazza with Jenna Baldino. From the moment we met Jenna, throughout our time visiting, we could not have asked for a better experience. Jenna is professional, knowledgable, hard working and extremely personable. She is a prime example of who you want to represent your company! Our other appointment's didn't come close to our visit at The Piazza! Thanks Jenna!

Jenna Baldino helped me find the perfect apartment. Affordable pricing, great location and tons of amenities.

Everyone just now moving in may be having a positive experience, but I can guarantee the longer you live here, you’ll end up really hating The Piazza as many of the tenants do.
Will be updating this post once we completely move out with all the negative and ridiculous situations they put you through. The Piazza do not care about you or your safety, they only want your money.

I love it here in Northern Liberties, serving the community has been a great pleasure here at D'Oliva Evoo Pizza and Grill. Seeing positive impact that The Piazza has made with improving overall quality of life in the area is amazing. The staff in the management is really great and Donte at the front desk always has the biggest smile and is willing to help out in any way. Looking forward to seeing what the future brings!

I just read that the Piazza Alta is the Biggest Real Estate Development in the US right now, that’s really amazing! Especially since I have lived at the Piazza for several years now. I was a resident way before Post Brothers took over the property and I love what they’ve done since.

I own the Boxing Gym on 2nd street. “Maleek Jackson Fitness Boxing Gym”. I’m loving the new developments and of course the new restaurants. Jared in the management office has been a great point of contact and Donte at the desk always goes above and beyond to make our stay the best that it can be & so does Johnny.

Jessica is our new property manager and her personality, hard work and organizational skills make her great for the position. She does her job with great care.

I’m looking forward to seeing more of what Post Brothers has to offer in luxury living to Philly…. So far they haven’t dropped the ball yet.

My friend and I applied to the Piazza a few months back while looking for a place to live in Philadelphia. Chloe T.was a huge help in the application process as well as any sort of lifestyle questions about the establishment. She was extremely professional and would recommend her to anyone interested in the complex.

Not a bad place to live overall. There has been an issue that has occurred with a resident who is being a little aggressive with other residents. He seems to lack social que. I heard a few females complain about him. Not sure what management is doing to take care of this. As I seen, he seems to not understand that he doesn’t not need to make remarks towards women every chance he gets.

PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Moved in February 2021, just moved out February 2022. Does the idea of constant elevator outages excite you? How about endless emails that never seem to get a reply? You will also enjoy watching management walking around in fancy suits, but are always way to important to address your concerns. Do you enjoy endless construction, and the ability to hear your neighbors, just like you are in the same room as you? If you answered yes, then this is the place for you! You’re really going to love it there! The best part is upon moving in you will be told that your deposit will be returned to you, and they say normal wear and tear is to be expected. THIS my friends is a lie. Just moved out and had a walk thru with management to accompany us to see our apartment before we handed in the keys. Much to our surprise, right away we were told we would be charged to repaint the apartment because there was normal wear and tear from living there. Kind of defeats the whole line about not being charged for normal wear and tear but hey what do we know. I asked if the apartment would be repainted before new tenants moved in and the answer was yes, so basically we are paying to have them paint the apartment for the new tenants. Spent a couple hours cleaning the apartment, and looking back it was just a huge waste of time. Anyways I digress…. If you made it this far, please have this takeaway from my review, if you can live somewhere else please do, don’t be distracted by the facade that is portrayed. We have pictures of the apartment and would love to share the final charges so you can judge for yourself. Just reach out to me. You will be surprised just like we were.

I enjoy living at the piazza everything is walking distance and the staff is amazing. Im always greeted by Donte who is always going above and beyond to make sure I have everything i need. Its been plenty of time when I’ve been in a situation where i need assistance and he makes sure he does what he can to assure me and guest are accommodated.

My fiancé and I are relocating so we toured the Piazza as we considered places to live. Jenna was our leasing agent and provided hospitable service from the start. She made herself available for us to tour the property a couple of times and was super helpful through the application process. It’s stressful finding a place to live out of state and Jenna helped the process feel more comfortable.

We decided not to lease here because we found a home to rent in the area that better suited our needs.

We’ve been living at The Piazza for a year and overall it has been a fantastic experience. The buildings and amenities are great, but the best part is the team that works here. Dante and Johnny are wonderful, and to say they go above and beyond is an understatement. So grateful for them!

Very nice complex, highly recommend. Within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. Anytime I had an issue, the concierge Donte was always very friendly and beyond helpful, great staff and great location!

I moved into The Piazza a month ago and my experience has been amazing so far! Anna was my leasing specialist and made the process so easy. I had my lease signed and was able to move in less than a week. The complex is perfect and has everything close by. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. And ask for Anna because she is amazing!

The Navona concierge staff are awesome! Still getting to know everyone, but Donte has been welcoming and really takes care of the residents!

Never lived here, but toured it and it was amazing. It was 2nd on my list of apartments to live in. Instead I went with Lincoln Square on Broad & Washington which is amazing. Biggest reason why I didn’t choose Piazza was honestly just because the garage parking isn’t attached and you have a short walk to your car, my job revolves around my car and taking things to and from it so couldn’t get past the garage setup at Piazza. Piazza’s newer renovated apartments were insanely nice though.
