I use to come here on and off as a teenager when my dad first moved here from Collegeville. I've been around here for a handful of years during the weekends and most of the summer times. The whole area is pretty nice and quiet as long as nobody is making too much noise. If you ever go out for walks by yourself or with a pet you gotta stay on the side of the road because other residents might be driving in to return home or out to leave the area. I helped my dad move out in my early 20's after he wanted to move out due to money problems (2011 i think).

There are 2 parks in the neighborhood, One being around Spirit Ct and the other can be found along All Kings and Angel Drive on the other side of the community area and both are public. The park on the other side of the neighborhood is bigger then the Spirit Ct park. When i use to be here some people's kids were causing problems a lot (Vandalizing mostly), but after that those kids grew up then moved out. They also use to have a few vending machines at the mailbox area from what i remember, then they got rid of them for some reason. Not sure why, but it must have been something that happened when i wasn't around.

There are a few things you have to watch out for here is sometimes people that come into the area might go door to door doing soliciting. It isn't allowed even though they try to do it anyways regardless of taking the risk of a legal lawsuit after being reported to the office. If people have a service it would be better to leave the info pinned on the cork board at the mailbox area for anyone that would be interested (Not sure if the cork board is still there). A few friends did that to help themselves save up money at the time i was visiting there. Another thing you should look out for is wild animals that are dangerous. Sometimes in the area there might be bear sightings, so it's better to stay at your house even at night time during those times and not wonder away from your house. Other times it's just Deer or smaller animals like rabbits that will wonder onto or around properties. However during the fall and winter make sure you have mouse traps in case mice get into your house. That happened in my dad's house when he use to live there from what i remember when he had a modular home.

Over all the place is very peaceful to live at as long as you can afford it and know how to deal with certain situations that come up. Sometimes you'll meet some of the neighbors outside on their walks with their pets or at the parks with their kids which is nice.

Quiet, kinda secluded location, reasonable lot rent. Nice if you like trees around your home. The only downside is that you have to do more driving to get to most places.
