2 *EDIT - I STILL have never heard a response on these apartments. I did however find a great complex - Hanover Gardens in OJR. Although older, so amazingly clean. THREE 24hour maintenance men who live on site, great landscaping, and amazing management who have been there for many years.
I’ve been trying to get information on this complex for so long and have only ever heard a reply once. It’s really annoying to not have anyone reply to you about availability. Do you not want people to rent here? Whoever is in charge of communication at this community is terrible at their job.
I am a current resident but wish I had heeded warnings in the complex's reviews before moving in.
Let's start with the positives.
Nice people including staff. The staff is very kind and bless their hearts do everything they can but unfortunately it's not much.
Great location, other than the train.
Negatives. There are many but it all boils down to, from my view point, greed. No office manager for over a year so many issues have to be taken higher up to the regional manager who can only visit this complex for a couple hours one day a week as she manages many other properties as well. Severely understaffed maintenance department, sometimes there's only 1 person which wouldn't be even close to enough even if these apartments had been maintained better over the years. And the maintenance staff never stay for longer than a few months so they're constantly changing and things just keep getting further and further behind in terms of not only big issues but general maintenance as well.
Our apartment wasn't even move in ready until 2 months AFTER we moved in. Our air conditioner is broken for the second time in under 2 years.the list goes on. I want to say. Move in! The place is great! Because it has the potential but it's just not the case. If the company was willing to spend any money to keep this place staffed things might be better. I had hoped when we first moved in that things would get better but it's been almost 2 years and I'm thinking my hopes were misplaced. If I could go back I definitely would not have chosen this complex.
