Place is becoming a nightmare. We get woken up to banging and drilling every morning at 9am due to the person who live above us. We have reached out to management and they basically told us there isn’t anything they can do because the person is making noise during appropriate hours. We pay over 2,500 a month to stay here and we can’t even get rest. It’s actually sad that management allow this type of behavior from residents.

The front office and maintenance have been extremely helpful during application, move-in, and with any minor things needing to be addressed. Everything has been timely and communicative.

LONG POST! I officially dropped my keys off today so i feel like its the right time to write this review. I moved into the Premier mid august (2023). My second day there, i informed the office of a few things. A medium side hole in the master bathroom wall, multiple blinds missing, and the most important.the apartment had a odor to it that kept intensifying.the carpet was dirty with stains on it. The odor which would eventually be the cost of me breaking my lease was not resolved. I asked management to change the carpet because, it clearly was not done before moving in. I was told that it would not be possible because it was cleaned when the prior tenant moved out. After going back and forth, i was told that the only resolution would be to clean the carpet and charge the previous tenant that had ALREADY been charged for cleaning. I declined because it was unfair to the previous resident to be charged double for services that the apartment should pay for.the odor was so bad that only one of the two rooms i was paying for could be used.image paying 2200 for a 2brd and not being able to utilize all spaces. I became depressed, sick and could no longer live there.there was multiple leaks while i lived there for the 2.5 horrible months.my children and i got stuck on the elevator; which has made them terrified to take any. My locked was changed while still moving out even though i had paid for the entire month of October (2023). Vehicle was towed while moving out (i was so upset, frustrated of my entire situation was i acted out of character.in which i apologize). I paid 6k to move into the apartment.had to pay an additional 4k to move out.money that i would never get back, for a place that made me sick and depressed.

Current tenant
Before moving here please read

1. There is no 24/7 concierge it’s literally just an unmanned desk - lie
2 there is a rooftop, outdoor area with fire pit but, it’s closed and is only open seasonal - another lie that told to us during our walk through
3. Leasing office personnel are so detached from compassion it’s borderline inhumane (Kyah)
4. They’ll leave a response saying to call to follow up but, no one is ever available to talk
5. The state of the art gym/ fitness center is only open during certain hours so if you work a shift and get home too late don’t expect to hit the gym unless it’s during day shift business hours
6. There are patios but no screens in them so you won’t be able to enjoy a cool breeze unless you want a bird flying in.
7. Packages do go missing from the “secure” package room
8. There is no playground
9. There’s no gas range only electricity
10. There’s a $400 amenity fee but, 80% of the time only one amenity is available
11 The pictures they have on the site aren’t an accurate representation of the living space
12. In the process of exploring legal options for being misled

Moved here to be closer to college and I love the place. I’ve been here for a few months and I definitely made the right choice! The apartment is modern, has great amenities and is close to Philly and lots of good local spots. The staff here is very nice and the people who live here are very kind!

Before I applied to this apartment, I noticed numerous one-star reviews from other people. Curious about the reasons behind these negative reviews, I decided to proceed with my application. Unfortunately, I experienced three weeks of frustration as I provided them with all the required documents. It became clear to me why the apartment had received such poor reviews. The leasing office was disrespectful, and despite my efforts, I was unable to meet with the manager. I would strongly advise international individuals without a Social Security Number (SSN) to avoid wasting their time with this apartment.

The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and spacious. Premier's in-office staff is super helpful and polite. Being right off of City Line Ave is very convenient. There are tons of shopping centers, a few bars, Trader Joes and Wholes foods all within 5 mins of the building. The train station being at the end of the driveway is a huge plus! This is a great place to live.

Took a tour of this place, cool modern upgrades! Nice location with large parking garage. Place was neat and clean. Apartments were large and upgraded. Modern, up to date bathrooms and kitchen. Leasing staff was friendly and easy. Hope to move in soon!

You couldn't have asked for a better place to live than Premier at City Line! The apartment's living quarters are both comfortable and beautiful, complemented by a stunning Terrace and sundeck. The pool is simply gorgeous, and the high-speed internet and state-of-the-art fitness center are top-notch. With its excellent location offering easy access to shopping and public parks, and the exceptional on-site management, this apartment building is truly a dream come true!

This place has gone down hill. The management is terrible and the newest thing about this place is that they're now working with a towing company and just towing cars left and right. So forget about guests coming over to visit or even finding any in the first place! The gym got downgraded so its just a few smiths machine and a bunch of cardio. I've had to personally assist the elderly and new neighbors myself because those in the office do not have convenient hours nor are they actually helpful to us residents. They're just there to hit any selling quota.

All those 5 star reviews ain't it bc I've never come across a resident who actually raved about this place.

The only Pro living at the premier is the location. I lived at the premier for one year and the entire time it was one thing after another. Upon moving in I discovered that dust and mold were painted over. The dryers does not vent correctly causing dust and mold in the laundry room (see pictures below). The patio doors are old and need to be replaced, during the winter a draft came through the door cause my apartment to have a hard time heating and RESULTING In a 200+ electric bill. The constant water shut offs for hours at a time became a real issue as someone who work: from home. Even the flooring in the apartment was cheaply done and not properly laid. If you want to live in a luxury apartment don’t sign a lease here, the renovations are not quality.

Firstly, many of the 5-star reviews here are FAKE - the premier company started adding these to cover up the very many bad reviews they were getting - what a disgrace! - I'm thankful to no longer be dealing with such dishonest people. Lived here for two years - management and all office staff changed right after I moved in. The new manager Jennifer is HORRIBLE to deal with - incredibly rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Some of the maintenance people from previous management stayed and were still nice and helpful. But new management and office staff have very poor people skills and don't really care about the residents. They made my experience there an unpleasant and unwelcoming one.

Idk what kind of “corporation” is running this place but they lack total empathy. I had a situation once where rent fell on the say day as my check and rather than send an email notifying of a late fee charge they deliver a note to my apartment doorstep a week later threatening me with legal action if I don’t pay some petty $100 fee. They have no problem sending out email notifications for emergency water shut offs or fire alarms going off at 3 am but have no system in place for notification of a failed payment? (There’s a notification for successful payments) …. The hallways sometime smell, there’s a foul lingering odor and one of the elevators are almost always ways out of service. There’s barely parking in the area & I’ve had lost packages on multiple occasions.

I love this place to live, it is a very quiet place and the property they have been working on is turning out very beautiful. I must say that all the staff are great, very friendly and always willing to help in whatever is needed.

The Building is under new ownership now and we can see the positive the change! The new management is very understanding and flexible, thank you Jennifer! They did a beautiful job upgrading and modernizing the building.
