The Purple Goose, Franklin PA

The wings are awesome! Great pool tables, I was there early so I didn't see the night life atmosphere but what I saw was what I'd expect for a bar.

I've been in this place twice The bartender was great very friendly and answered questions about different drinks I would recommend this place especially on a busy night

Great food. But we went on a Friday and it was rather loud. I wouldn't recommend going on a weekend!

Their boneless “chicken wings” are just glorified $15 for a dozen chicken nuggets from Walmart

Food was amazing, staff was awesome atmosphere was great. Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner.

This was our first time here and we will be back. The food was excellent and the waiter was friendly, fast, and checked on us several times. Kid friendly and clean. Get a milkshake to go!

Reuben sandwich was probably the best I have had. We had to order extra Cajun wings for our 3 year old! We'll definitely be back!

Visiting Franklin for a day, we found the Purple Goose. The burger and fries were really good, portion size was excellent. Service was really good but you could tell they were scrambling to cover the dining area from the bar. Both the waiter and the cook checked to make sure we were satisfied. Not much atmosphere but if you're in town and want a good burger with real fries, then give it a chance. I highly recommend the Goose Burger.

Don't put your money on the bar! The bartender puts money in the register for beer and throws the rest of my money in his tip bucket. Have always brought bar runs through here. Won't ever come back again. Nor bring our party bus back here!

The genttleman who served us was very friendly and got our order exactly correct. The only "issue" was that we were there on a Sunday afternoon and the waiter also had to tend bar. (The dining area was just my party and one other.) He kept up well, though, as did the cook, and our wait was not horrible. The food was good, a good amount, and priced well.

A nice laid back local place, love that they have a restaurant side and a bar side. You can still order drinks in the restaurant without the bar atmosphere. The pizza here is fantastic from the cheese to the crust. If you are searching for a “margarita” type pizza their white pizza is pretty close and I keep coming back for it!

Great wings and not priced threw the roof. They also have time for some conversations as well and they always make your food the way you ask

Brittany refused service to my friend because of personal drama she has with her Very unprofessional. Threw the ash tray at her.

Kalynn Kachik, a server at this establishment, poured alcohol down her dogs throat and told everyone “it was just a joke. ” Hope they handle this appropriately and swiftly.

We love the wings and fresh cut fries. The prices are good and the family owned business provides great service to the community. Thanks Jan, Brian and Adam for the affordable food and beverage options.
