So glad I went there regarding my turtle! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were great and I am very happy with his product recommendations.

Such a unique store with a wide variety of reptiles. Their inventory seems to always be changing. A lot of materials and supplies to support the hobby. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Shout out to Larry and his accurate gaggles of crickets.

Great little store! Tons of stuff for all your reptile, amphibian and invertebrate needs. They also have a great selection of critters. I'll definitely be going back!

Amazing is all I can say about this store and its owners. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They don’t try to “convince” you to buy anything. Instead they educate you and let you make your own decision's. I wasn’t into reptiles but went in out of curiosity and was completely sold.

I honestly love this store the guy behind the counter was really friendly and helpful I told him I was a beginner bearded dragon owner and I needed help and he helped me right away with everything I needed asking me questions and tell me what to use and not to use This my go to store from now on for my reptile you guys are the best

Very organized and clean reptile shop! Staff was super helpful and informative. I have no clue about lizards when I came in to purchase one for my daughter. They hooked me up with all the supplies needed and easy step by step instructions on how to care for my new little reptile! I’ll never go to petco or any other pet shop for reptiles again!

I been here multiple times and every time I went there was good service and the workers were very nice, helpful and caring! The animals there are cool and are healthy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The owner and the employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable! Exceeded my expectations! They have a great selection of healthy reptiles! I bought two bearded dragons for my kids and they are loving them! Will certainly recommend them to others!

Absolute terrible customer service had 2 sick reptiles from then they need to be shut down

We've been having a hard time with our hognose snake, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful based on their own experience that we left feeling a lot better about our situation. They were also very patient with us, even with my son asking to hold anything/everything insight (answer was no of course).

Great place, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a lot of reptile and amphibious friends to check out. Highly recommend if you have reptiles or amphibian pets!

Horrible place
The smell is horrendous and there are no returns on items unused so you cannot get your money back. Just an unkempt place of business.

All bought geckos i got from this place died the same way with an illness that grew a bloated stomach and that when given to Vet for medical attention it is not able to be saved however all geckos I raised that are not from this store and that i’ve had for way longer are still in top shape. This place is notorious for selling sink animals or animals that have bit their limbs off regardless of their health. Y’all need to do better and get those animals bigger tanks housing 8 geckos in them little 5 gallon tanks is not a fair chance at life.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. I spent over $500 on turtles and supplies from this guy a few weeks ago. The second I gave him my money he was absolutely no help when as soon as I got home I realized I had a sick sulcata. I called, I showed pictures, I came into the store multiple times. He wanted nothing to do with helping me and was so unhelpful. I assume he was worried I would want my money back which I never asked for I just didn’t want me turtle to die! Well now my $130 turtle is dead. This owner lacks in ethics and only cares about your money. Never again. And I would have been a long term customer spending $1k more over time.

I absolutely love this store. The entire staff is crazy knowledgeable. I've never been happier about going double over my mentally set budget. They are all super courteous and made sure i had everything i needed. I've now got 2 absolutely beautiful enclosures and some very happy animals thanks to the team, and inventory of this location. I also checked out their animals and they have some of the healthiest and most beautiful creatures I've ever seen in a store

Me and my wife love the Reptile Depot they have a good variety of reptiles and they are very friendly and kind good customer service and great prices, shout out to Larry and pat very good people keep up the good work guys
