The Reserve at Wyomissing, Reading PA

My son had moved in in early spring. It is his first time out of the house on his own, and the new management was fantastic. Very easy to work with. And the renovations to the building are beautiful. Very inviting lobby and commons area.

Brian is very helpful person and he helped me a lot finishing the rental process. The property is quite and clean and the apartment is look like brand new. Also important thing that there is an elevator.

Love our new apartment and the leasing manager Brian is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with! He kept us informed through the entire process, answered all out questions promptly and is so kind and welcoming! He is one of the main reasons we choose this apartment over others we were considering.

Since the first day I moved in, I have been in awe and am overjoyed that I chose this place as my home. The property manager, Brian, is incredibly friendly; he assisted me with my move-in even though it wasn't at all necessary. He responds to all of my inquiries right away. Nothing can truly feel like home, but having a manager who is so kind makes moving to a foreign land much easier:)

The property is super beautiful and under renovation. I’m coming from 6 hours away so the rental process isn’t exactly easy but Brian was incredibly helpful and was able to show me around the available units and everything is straightforward. 10/10 would recommend checking this place out if you’re moving to the reading area!

I have been living in this apartment complex for a few years now and I must say, the new management team is doing an excellent job. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns and are constantly making improvements to the property. I'm excited about the upcoming renovation plans which include updated amenities and a fresh new look. The property manager is amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home.

We have been living here for a few months and have had nothing but a good experience so far. The application process was pretty simple, we were able to tour and heard back from them almost immediately. When we reach out to the property manager for assistance with things, such as maintenance needed or just general questions, he has been very responsive and helpful every single time. They’re currently working on updating some parts of the building and from what I’ve heard seen and heard, it’s going to be great. It’s a quiet, nice area. Definitely would recommend.
