Very nice building with a million dollar view. You can see the 76ers stadium across the water among plenty of other sights. The units are surprisingly big and have plenty of room. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant

Living in this building is a dream. Of course the view is spectacular, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My vehicle, packages, and deliveries are safe and secure, and our Dockside neighbors offer fun ideas to get together at least every few weeks. There’s always a nice breeze on the water, and the Delaware River Trail right out front makes getting to all the new restaurants and amenities in the area super convenient.

Amazing views. Wish they did a better job of keeping facilities maintained (like the hot tub and pool)

This place is amazing. It has three tower-like residences with pretty cool names; I only remember one "the peninsula". It has a place called the lighthouse which has a 3 lane lap pool, jacuzzi, and a gym. It has accessible changing facilities and a deck. It has a trail that is in the property and there is a lot of security. (each building has a concierge & the entry has a guard) Gotta see it to believe it. Oh, I can't leave this out. The views from the residences are the "Wow" factor.

I own a unit here and moved in 6 months back. Overall happy with my purchase and giving 4 stars because the view from my condo is unbeatable but most disappointed because I pay crazy HOA and still don't get to utilize much of the amenities.

Since I have moved in, there have been a number of issues on various occasions. Sometimes the coffee machine is broken, other times the shuttle does not run. They don't have a backup driver or a backup bus so if the driver is on vacation or the bus is under maintenance, the shuttle won't run. I mean is that that hard to find backups? The place that I was renting previously had both a backup driver and a backup shuttle always and immediately available in case of emergencies so the residents never had to face any problems.

Also, we are still charged $25-$30 each time for small maintenance services that honestly should be FREE. After all $900 in HOA is NOT A JOKE.

Anyway, rant over!

Dealing with management here is like rubbing on a cheese grater. Also overpriced, the river stinks, and you are far away from everything that makes Philadelphia great. The roads are constantly in a bad state or under construction, and Penn's Landing has very little going on. You hear loud noises all day from the highways.
