Excellent staff from the doorman (who let me borrow his umbrella to grab a bite to eat, to the concerige/banquet staff catering to our needs. Customer service skills were 2nd to none, I would definitely be back there.

For the price there are likely better contenders. Incredible hotel- that said.

What can you say about the Rittenhouse that hasn't been said? The hotel is fantastic, 5 star service, accommodations, facilities and staff. I personally enjoy the spa services most.
