I loved this store. It was a very relaxed vibe and Jordan was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried on dresses. I highly recommend this store to any bride to be.

My appointment was with Bethany and she was so nice and so accommodating to my mom, who is handicapped. I did not expect to find a dress when I went here because it was my first bridal shop visit and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Bethany picked out a dress for me that I never would have picked out on my own and it turned out to be the perfect dress for me. I am so grateful to Bethany for her kindness, the service she provided, and for picking out my dress!

I did not ultimately get my dress here, but Bethany was wonderful. The appointment was very intimate, and Bethany listened to all of my wants and needs.

This is a very nice salon that is worth checking out if you are looking to get a dress on a budget. The gowns were beautiful and high quality, and there was a wide selection to choose from. I worked with stylist Rose who was extremely sweet and listened carefully to what I wanted. She even pulled something that I didn’t expect to love, but did. While I didn’t end up going with a gown at this salon, I definitely recommend going here while searching!

Couldn’t have been a better experience! Lots of variety to choose from, in a comfortable, friendly, low pressure environment. The store was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond with a last minute decision.

The Sample Rack was the perfect dress-shopping experience! The personalized customer service during my appointment was amazing, and I was able to try on a good range of styles in my size and price range (~$1,000). I actually ended up loving two of the dresses, which made it a difficult choice! But I'm so happy that I found the unique boho style dress I did - it's something I never thought of, but it was absolutely perfect and got lots of compliments!

I was overwhelmed by the over-the-top bridal salons that have Instagram photo booths and where someone picks dresses out for you. The Sample Rack was relaxed and fun. The style I ended up with wasn't what I expected, which I'm grateful for. I found something even more beautiful than I could have dreamed, and for just at $1000!

We also had a short engagement (4 months) so being able to bring the dress home with me was a huge sigh of relief, rather than ordering something and hoping it made it in on time!

10/10 recommend this place for any bride. Rose was phenomenal to work with as was Jim. I was stressed about wedding dress shopping and felt that styles were picked that matched me perfectly and of course saved the best for last! Super excited to wear this Sample Rack dress on my wedding day!

This was the first (and last!) place I went wedding dress shopping last year. We had a wonderful experience and I tried on dresses that I would never have considered. After showing pictures and describing what I was looking for, I took home the most perfect dress. I finally got to wear it after 11 months and it was everything I had hoped for. I may have to occasionally wear it around my house just to experience it again.

Since this is a sample shop, my dress was greatly discounted compared to the price in other bridal stores. Plus you get to take home your dress the same day, so no worries regarding shipping time.

I used to walk past the window often and always looked at the dresses on display so it was extra special to buy it from here. ️

This is a gem of a bridal shop! From initial scheduling of my appointment online with ease, to the the purchase of my dress, Bethany went above and beyond in every way. Prior to my appointment she reached out to see if I had any questions and made herself available. As soon as my mom and I arrived for the one on one session we felt welcomed without any pressure. Bethany asked all the relevant questions about where I was in the dress shopping process, listened to my vision, knew about my venue, and as a result provided stellar dress suggestions. At the end of our visit I was on the fence on a beautiful high end designer gown Bethany had selected, being sold at 1/2 the retail price! She again provided her contact info and we agreed I'd reach out after sleeping on it. That evening I was conflicted between this dress and another I had found previously, but I knew this one was sure to fly off the rack if I didn't decide soon. Overnight I couldn't sleep, so I did my research. Leaning into the dress, but feeling like I needed to put it on one more time, I reached out to Bethany first thing in the morning. She responded quickly, and was able to get me into the shop to try on the dress one more time before I said without a doubt, this was the one! After hugs, I walked out with my dress and trusted contacts for my alterations. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend the shop and especially Bethany who is amazing and genuinely enjoys working with brides find the perfect dress for them!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Sample Rack with Rose. She made me feel so comfortable and the process so easy. She chose beautiful dresses for me to try on that fit what I had in mind, and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Although I ended up finding a dress slightly more within my budget at a different store, I would highly recommend the Sample Rack (and Rose in particular) for brides looking for a more eco-friendly (and budget-friendly) option.

I highly suggest booking an appointment at The Sample Rack if you are in search of a special wedding dress. While I did not end up going with a dress from The Sample Rack, I had such a nice experience, the best I've had over any other store I visited. Bethany was patient, kind and did not try to push any styles on me that I wasn't comfortable with. They had an array of different styles and sizes and it was lovely getting to walk around to select dresses to try on with Bethany also making a few suggestions based on my noted preferences. When I found a dress I liked, Bethany answered all of my questions and gave me space to walk around and test out the "danceability" of the dress. So glad I visited and I would highly recommend to friends.

Rose was very attentive to my daughters requests while shopping for her wedding gown. The thing to remember about this shop is that the inventory is limited to what they have in store. The in stock dresses were beautiful. The shop was neat, clean, and comfortable. Appointments are necessary and Rose worked well within the time frame we had allotted. A wonderful place to shop for your dream gown.

I could not wait to come home and write this review! Seven days! Seven days I get married and had issue with dress from somewhere else that I ordered so it really came down to the wire! I made appointment with Bethany and oh my word is she amazing! I have been to three other places and did not feel that same special feeling as I felt today. It was private and intimate and Bethany made me feel important! She heard me and I felt it! Please, if you are on the fence, just go and book with Bethany! I will forever recommend this shop! Thank you so much Bethany!

Bethany is amazing and she is so sweet. I didn’t have a special type of dress in mind for my wedding but I was open to try all styles. I love how attentive and observant Bethany is as I was trying on each dress. Based on my expressions and body languages along with her asking what I love and didn’t like about each dress I tried on she was able to figure out what type of dress I’m really looking for and I didn’t realize it until I tried and found The Wedding Dress for me. I’m so in love. Bethany worked with my budget and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend you to book with Bethany. She is AMAZING

I loved this store! Phoebe was by far the best wedding dress store worker I dealt with. I loved that they let you go through the rack and pick out what looked right. I ended up trying on dresses that did not fit my vision and I was so close to going with one of them. They had the most beautiful gowns I've ever seen for great prices. Phoebe kept me in the loop before during and after my appointment. Couldn't recommend this place enough. It was my favorite of all four shops I went to from dresses, vibe, workers, and location.

I went in with no idea what I wanted and Phoebe was amazing. She pulled great choices for me and was so kind and helpful. She didn't pressure me to buy anything right away but I ended up finding my perfect dress within 45 minutes and getting it then! They had an excellent selection of styles and Phoebe made wonderful suggestions of accessories to add. I'm so glad I chose to stop here first before any other shop. I highly recommend them!

We made an appointment & unfortunately accidentally booked the wrong day. When the sales associate still accommodated us we thought we would have an exceptional experience due to this kind gesture—however, this was not the case. Throughout the experience the bride was constantly berated with condescending comments about her wedding timeline, her style, and so much more. It was an off-putting experience and we genuinely would have preferred being sent away at the door, rather than receive such unkind and unprofessional treatment. I would not recommend this dress shop if you are looking for a experience that is welcoming to all folks.

Great experience here! While I didn't buy a dress at this shop, the service was great and I'd highly recommend starting the dress search here where you can find beautiful dresses at reasonable prices. I worked with Phoebe and she was excellent!
