I never write reviews but I feel this needs ones! After going to get Emily’s hair cut and having it ruined (I can not say where). I called the Sapphire Salon in Pittston and asked if they can see us ASAP! Not only did they do an amazing job, they made Emily feel so much better! They fixed her hair when I thought it would be unfixable! I also asked if they can cut my bangs really quick, and they not only fit me into their busy schedule. My bangs never looked better! If you need an amazing hair dresser who does fantastic hair cuts, and makes you feel beautiful, you need to see Amber at the Sapphire Salon in Pittston! Thank you so much Amber, you are a life saver!

It's so majestic that you don't want to leave. The services from head to toe are guaranteed to put you in awe of yourself! Main floor, upstairs or downstairs are beautifully decorated and the atmosphere for whatever services you're receiving are beyond ideal. It's also a boutique and with so much more elegance I could write a book. Call or stop in to schedule an appointment if it's for 1 or multiple services. You will be glad that you did.

I have been a client of Sapphire on/off for over 15+ year snow. I have strayed a few time however always come back. Angie is like an old fried, she is always so warm and welcoming and treats you like family. Ninety nine percent of the front desk staff is always pleasant and kind. The best hair I have ever had is due to the services and products I receive at Sapphire. The original location in Pittston is my favorite.
Julissa is my hairstylist and would not give her up for any amount of gold in the world, she is amazing. If she is unavailable, the Cassie is the next best choice.
I love the Holiday Extravaganza they have every year and the gifts I purchased for family and friends were adored by all.

I absolutely love Sapphire. Their staff is wonderful, the environment is relaxing and inviting, and no matter who I see, they always do a great job. I always walk out feeling 100% better than when I arrived. Considering the experience, their prices are not out of line at all, so its easy to treat yourself whenever you like!

I have never been to a spa but my friend got me a gift certificate for an hour hot rock massage so i tried it. The place is beautiful, it looks like a castle inside and out, and theres so many nice amenities. The little extra stuff like downtime to enjoy the sauna was amazing. They explained everything to me and the massage itself was so nice and relaxing. I would highly recommend as I will for sure go back. It was peaceful and relaxing.

Always have a wonderful experience at the sapphire salon. Highly recommend Maria! She’s very talented and also specializes in hair extensions, which look very natural and volumising.

James is the best! I get the best massage each time. Very relaxing! The staff is amazing and very personable and make you feel welcomed when you walk through the door.

I love going hear and the prices are perfect. On occasion I get a massage that’s not my favorite but not often. I go at least 3-4 a year. And will continue

Had a spa package Mani/pedi and a facial.fast check in, great facial with Jessica, very relaxing, great Mani pedi with Beth.great colors very attentive. I'll be back again.

Perfect place to relax. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also great place to get a massage or facial.

I've been taking my little girls for haircuts for years now and they always do the best job, especially Samantha and Amber!

Made the appointment on line which was super easy. Had a haircut with Tim, not only did he give me an awesome haircut but help he out with a color issue. Thank you again Tim!

AMAZING! My hair looked so good!
I got it dyed and highlights and I was so impressed with the results! 10/10!

First, the Sapphire Salon is beautiful and the ambiance is just perfect. It was the first time I ever tried Sapphire, and I felt good about that decision immediately. Second, Lisa and Renee are amazing! Lisa made my hair look better than it has in a long time, and Renee was such an efficient waxer that it barely hurt and we were done in no time at all.

Also, no once seemed to mind that my daughter, who got tired during my appointment, was fussy and upset. They were all so nice about it! I'll definitely be returning here.

"Master Haircutter" can't cut hair

I have been going to the Sapphire for many years and get cut by Lisa the "Master". She is fine for longer hair and assumed that she can also cut short hairstyles. I decided to get my haircut like in the pictures I attached to this review. It had been a while since I had it cut short and thought that the "Master" could cut this. I though WRONG! She barely paid attention to what she was doing and I didn't even have time to react after because I'd gone into shock. She cut my hair in a butch style and now I wear beanies because it's so short and a & (*#%^^% disaster! DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LISA IF YOU WANT TO GET A PIXIE CUT! I'm never going back to this salon ever again. She's lucky I didn't complain and ask for a refund for this terrible mess of a haircut.

Took my 7 year old girls here today for the princess makeover. Tim and Sam were wonderful! The girls and I were in love with everything they did! Cut was great, styling was beautiful and their nails looked super cute. Great value for the price and I LOVED Tim and Sam!

This Salon and the Moosic one have been the worst. At the Moosic location i was seeing "ROBERT new talent" i had blonde and brown highlights and my roots were showing so i wanted my roots to match my ends long story short i had to go back 3 times before he got it right.

I decided to try the Pittston location instead. So i went with "Katie a Senior" I wanted the same thing done my root to match my ends. She dyes my roots blonde and then brown! Who does that? I told her when she finished dying it blonde to put the brown highlights in, her response was "It won't look good" The pictures below is what i walked away with!

I come back the next day "Katie" fixes it again only she messes up again and starts re doing the back, halfway through the owner shows up. I explained to her what happened and "Katie" in front of me and her boss says that she didn't have any time to do highlights that was her excuse for me walking out of there with that mess. Long story short i never got a sorry from these people. They made it seem like it was my fault by telling me how much they spent on me blah blah and i told the boss it was her employee fault not mine. The owner even try to tell me that the pictures i was showing her were from before i came to the salon!
