The staff is friendly and there is a healthy variety of gently used items to look at, but the prices are on par with retail stores- there are sales constantly, but the store needs to price down their items in general. Otherwise why pay the same price for a used item when I can get it brand new down at Kohls or some other clothing store? Hopefully they make adjustments- I do like the store and hope it does well.

Had to find a replacement wedding dress at the last minute. Mary was so sweet and helpful! Will be going back, so many great clothes at fantastic prices!

The owner is extremely kind along with her employees and the quality of merchandise is awesome!

I stopped there for men's clothes. I thought it would be similar to a thrift/second hand store. The prices were geometrically high.

We always stop by when we’re in town. The shop has the best assortment of high quality and unique items and we can always find something we have to have.

When I walked into the store, there were about 3 other total shoppers on a pretty quiet Monday afternoon. Throughout my perusal in the store, I noticed that there was at least one employee not wearing a mask, which was upsetting. Each one of the other shoppers was greeted and asked if they needed any assistance. I however was not. They would not acknowledge me and I just think it’s rude when small shops like this one pick and choose who they want to try to help, especially considering an employee walked right by me and I actually wanted to ask someone about the selling process. The selection was so-so, and overall the store was a bit messy and disorganized. This place has a lot of potential to be a great store, but unfortunately masks don’t appear mandatory and the customer service is lacking.

Love this store. Very friendly staff, awesome selection, wonderful prices! It's my go-to now for wardrobe updates!
