Excellent care, starting with the friendly receptionist desk to the hygienist’s gentle cleaning to the expert dental work of Dr. Moniz. It is the absolutely the best dental practice! My husband and I love coming to this office. We highly recommend the Schiff dental group.

My personal experiences at the Schiff dental group is amazing all the staff is friendly and they truly care about you as a patient. The office is neat organized and clean. The dental work is excellent. I recommend if your in the need of a new dental family then Schiff dental is the place for you.

5 implants after 3 months of grafting healing. 8: 30am appointment left office with work completed before noon. Following med recommendations to the letter. Only one rinse for bleeding day of surgery. Really only 1 side effect to dexamethasone 4mg day1 and day 2. Only side effect of dexame… is my wife keeps telling me to shut up. 3 more months of healing. Dr Raz and Dina are a pleasure to be with

I actually enjoy going to see Dr Schiff and his team (esp hygienist Karen). They are thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take good care of my teeth and me.

Ok.who wants or likes to go to the dentist? Schiff Dental group has been an antidote to dental work fear. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists and dentists are unbelievably cheerful, helpful-I wonder how one office finds them all or if they are all on happy pills! As for the dental work.the utmost in professionalism and high quality workmanship- highly recommend for expert and quality care and a free smile!

I will start by saying, I never write reviews, but this time I think other patients should hear about my experience. I was a patient of Dr. Schiff for approximately 15 years. I received exceptional care during those years from both Dr. Schiff and Kristen. The practice apparently is no longer owned by Dr. Schiff, which according to Office Manager Bernadette is something that “they are not obligated” to tell you. Apparently under new ownership they have a new payment policy; something that they failed to notify me of either in writing or by phone. For 15 years, I had care, received a bill, paid the bill in full. The customer service has seriously deteriorated as of late, which I can only assume is the result of a change in ownership. I believed Bernadette was the nicest person ever for 15 years, but now under new ownership she embarrassed me in a room full of patients because I asked for my bill ($180) to be sent to me. On my last visit, I left distraught, not over my dental care, but by how I was treated. I sat in my car and cried. The practice’s main focus now seems to be about money, not care. I am terribly disappointed. I am currently half way through a dental procedure and find that I have no choice but to find care elsewhere. I have now spoken to the new owner of the practice, Dr. Jill who assures me the level of care has not changed and they are just trying to “simplify” their procedures. In the last several years I have spent approximately $20,000 for four dental implants, but apparently sending me a bill requires too much time and effort. Interestingly enough, if you have dental insurance, they will submit the bill to insurance, but if you don’t have insurance they will not send a bill to you. With gauze in your mouth, pain in your jawbone, the front desk stands there with their hand out expecting you to pay immediately. Unfortunately, what Dr. Jill misses is that care and customer service should be personalized and under her new ownership the patients are just numbers and the practice is about money first. Dr. Jill does not care that someone was a good patient for 15 years, paid their bills upon receipt, never sent a partial payment, or tried to negotiate a bill down. I wish Dr. Schiff and Kristen the best. I only wish I had received a letter from Dr. Schiff notifying me that although he was still practicing, the practice and the office policies and procedures would now be guided by someone else. I think all of his patients deserved that. It would have given me a chance to find care elsewhere before I was in the middle of a significant dental procedure.
