Nice building within walking distance to the downtown Easton area. Until the new apartment complex's, Marquis & Commodore, are completed, I think the building is a solid first "up scale apartment building" for the city. I would like note that Matthew Callahan, the property manager, is amazing and deserves a raise! Amazing individual, very helpful, and super responsive. I lived here before the retail space was occupied, but far as the building itself I have very few complaints/issues with. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars review is because of the parking. Parking is awful. Whoever put together the electronic parking system in the 4th street garage should be fired IMMEDIATELY!
