The Sheridan at Bethel Park

My mom was a resident at the facility for a year. The staff and administrators treated her like she was a Queen even though at times she could be difficult. When it was time for her to transition into Hospice, the facility made it easy for the family. Hospice who they recommended was superb. I would recommend The Sheridan at Bethel Park to everyone.

My parents are very pleased with the apartment, friendly and caring staff, and overall experience.

Being in healthcare, I have had the ability to visit and work with residents in memory care, skilled facilities, and assisted living center. After some incidents with my family member there, I would not recommend this facility. Do your research.

The Sheridan at Bethel Park took outstanding care of my mother during her time as a resident. My mom at times needed extra special care due to her age and her having Covid. The staff workers and nurses went far beyond their duties for my mother. Also, there were many fun activities that she always enjoyed. She met many friends while there. I can't thank The Sheridan enough for their care with my mother.

Working in the healthcare industry and have had the oppurtunity work with residents in several memory care and assisted living centers and I would not recommend this facility. The facility is beautiful, wonderful dining hall, but I have found other facilities to provide much better care. When I am there, I have seen a shortage of staff there assisting with meals. There are times that I could not find staff. I have had on occasion teach one of the aids how to shower and provide care to my dad because they were not doing it properly. It looks great on the outside, but the care is definatly another story. Hopefully, they can make the necessary changes to make it a better place.

We have been very pleased with our experience at the Sheridan at Bethel Park. The staff is always friendly, the food is great and the care is excellent.

As a family we have a lot of experience in this setting having a brother that lived in a group home. We are very happy with the care at the Sheridan Memory Care Unit. The set up is spacious with a lot of light and seeing the outside. Outside grounds are nice to walk around. I thank God everyday for the workers that show up and take care of each resident and my father! Taking care of a dementia person is a team approach, we couldn’t do it at home anymore.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. They take great care of the residents and make everyone feel right at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking in the area for their loved ones.

On the surface, the Sheridan looks like a personal care home. But it is way more than that. It is a place where new friendships are made, where community grows, and relationships flourish. I love working here and all of the new experiences I’ve had. I take such pride in my work knowing the residents are cared for physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Such a beautiful place to work! So happy to be apart of the team. Residents are so happy and i enjoy getting to work with them. Great environment and all around the best staff making sure our residents are cared for and happy everyday!

The new management has turn this place around! I am so impressed and would recommend this residence to anyone! Bravo new management bravo! Great work place, wonderful staff, excellent customer service, and absolutely fantastic residential services!

I have recently started working here at the Sheridan and I must say, I am blown away at every aspect of this community. The residents are so kind, caring and patient. The Care team really goes above and beyond daily to make the Sheridan a home for all of our residents and I could not be more proud of were I work.

Over the past three years I have had the privilege to be employed at The Sheridan at Bethel Park. I have had so many amazing memories and fun times working here. The residents are like family to me and our staff. I have learned so much from their experiences and wisdom. It doesn’t feel like coming to work or “a job” it feels like hanging out with my family. As a staff we are United team! The facility is beautiful and so are the people inside!
