The Silverspoon, Wayne PA

The meals for the four of us were excellent and service the same. Unfortunately, a table not far from our table was filled with young women, all yelling instead of talking. I could hardly hear the three others at our table. Wish something could have done by management to reduce that noise. My ears are still ringing after having been away from The Silversppon an hour ago.

It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. We had reservations for outside and prior to our reservation we received a call letting us know we were confirmed for outdoor seating as we requested however they did not have heat lamps and asked if that was okay and if not we could sit inside. We really appreciated the courtesy call and chose to still sit outside. Once we got to restaurant was seating immediately and Michael our waiter greeted us and introduced himself and repeatedly thanked us for coming since it was our first time dining there. His recommendations were spot on. The food and service was impeccable beginning with the starters and ending with dessert. Michael even surprised us with a free takeout container of the mushroom bisque which we loved and raved about. Michael our waiter went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!

Nice location with cute shops all around. Our waiter was very nice. Brussel sprouts were my favorite! Food was delicious!

Food was a 7. Service was a 9. Owner was a zero. Once "The Usuals" poured in, he came out and started falling over everyone saying how great it was to see everyone again and yet not a single, "hello" in our direction or even ask as to how our food was and only engaged me when he asked if he could take our check. Then comes back to the table only to clearly announce my last name to all the restaurants patrons and as if to only confirm he was bringing the correct credit card to the correct table. No, "how was everything? " No, "thanks for dining with us". No, "have a great evening". Didn't really seem to care very much either way. I'm guessing he wanted the table turned over and the other niceities are reserved for "The Regulars". How rude. Good thing your hostess and waitstaff are amazing. Not that we'll be back.

Best butternut squash soup I’ve ever had! The quiche was also good but the portion was quite small for the price.

I brought my mom here for a late breakfast.we waited for a long time for the food to arrive and our sever was just average, kind of disengaged and aloof, but the food was very good and the portions were decent as well.there was the inside and outside seating.would like for them to have screens where the windows are to keep flies and other flying insects out, but it was otherwise clean and a good experience.just had to move away from this table where a man was sitting with a loud hacking cough and the seating was tight, making it worse but otherwise would come back again.

My family and I come here very often. Silver spoon is quite possibly one of our favorite restaurants on the Mainline. Michael is an amazing waiter and so is everyone there. Food is amazing no matter what you get and I’ll NEVER get tired of the truffle fries. 10/10 would recommend making this your families new favorite spot.

We arrived for a reservation that was confirmed not once but twice. We were seated and then ignored by our assigned waiter, Micheal, for over 20 minutes while other tables were greeted, provided a run down of the menu, and able to place an order. When we finally asked about why we were being ignored our assigned server gave the poor hostess grief and told her to just wait on us. This poor individual was just a kid had never been a server, was not familiar with the menu or even old enough to open a bottle of wine. Thankfully one of the other servers, who was wonderful and kind, stepped in to assist. We made the most of it but were profoundly disappointed and will not be returning, which is sad as we had had numerous enjoyable experiences in the past.

Blown away by the quality and presentation of the dishes. Outdoor patio was still quiet and felt relaxing. Michael was both attentive and excitedly helpful as our waiter. All-round fabulous experience

Food was fresh and delicious, the caramelized (pork) bacon is a must try! It looks like they change the menu up every few weeks where you get to experience something different every time you go. They also offer BYOB of wine and spirits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is my sister and I new favorite sisters day spot!

Food was amazing! The owner was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Place was quiet and quant.

The 4 of us had a 6pm res.on Sat. The place was full inside and out which was nice for business, however they were understaffed! The wait time between courses was so long we didn't bother staying for dessert. We were disappointed not to have Michael as requested, instead we had a fairly new server who gave us a bizarre lecture on water conservation when she had neglected giving us a 4th water glass. The pasta carbonara special was delicious but the portion was SMALL. We made a special trip as we're not local so overall it was a disappointment.

Love the food and how attentive our server was! Highly recommend the brussels sprouts! Will have to come back and try the falafel.

Love this place and sitting outside today with a friend I haven't seen for a while enjoying the warm sunny weather was a bonus

Michael C. If I could clap loud enough. This man is a true professional. Not only will you love his personality you'll enjoy every second of his service. I've been a Bartender for 13 years. He's hands down the best server I've ever had and ever seen. Food is exceptional as well. But Michael is the true asset. Ask for him. Also. Bus girls and the other server (female, didn't get her name) also made it a point to at some point make an impact in our evening and visit the table. Well done. Dined April 23. Whoever she is. Great job too. See yous soon.

Two days ago was our first time we visited this place. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the fine cooking and wine and with the friendly payment. We will absolutely go back there again.

Got to the restaurant, they messed up both of the orders, tried to charge us double for the ones they messed up. Slow service, the workers are awful at their jobs.

I simply enjoyed their dishes. I always get good service here. The place is always clean and the cashiers are always nice. Would recommend to others.
