Thanks to The Southern Company, my 20 plus year old Woodard Ramsgate patio set looks better than new with new powdercoating and replacing the straps. And Dennis and Sean were both great to work with throughout the entire process.

My experience with The Southern Company is beyond exceptional. Not only was the quality of the work they do top notch, but all of the folks I spoke with were responsive and courteous and understanding of my needs. Sean worked with me every step of the way, helping me select the right sling fabric (mailed multiple samples) to sending me pictures of the different colors they offer when painting my 4 chaise lounge chairs. They held to the time frame from the onset. Dennis helped coordinate pickup and delivery of the chairs, and was extremely friendly. Doug was kind enough to not only pickup up our chairs from our backyard, but when brought them back to the same area when they were finished, which is a good 200 feet from the street, and even set them up at our pool!
Overall, I would highly recommend them!

Excellent work and customer service at a very reasonable price. The Southern Company replaced the slings in our 22 year old Tropitone deck set for a fraction of the cost of replacement and the chairs and chaise look like new!

I can’t say enough about the quality work you have done for me. My tables and chairs look fabulous and I look forward enjoying their renewed appearance. Also, your delivery guys were/are just so nice and are very accommodating. I wasn’t expecting them so early this morning and they had the table and chairs set up by the time I got out to the patio. They offered to move them if I wasn’t happy with the placement and they willingly and happily did so. That meant a lot. They are excellent representatives for your company. Great customer service!
