What a beautiful spa. The decor is warm and inviting. Melodious sound was all around. Gail, the owner has several medical degrees and explained what she was doing and why. I have sciatica issues and Gail worked her magic in that area as well as my neck, chest and hamstrings. My skin is soft and the tension has left my body. My 90 minute massage gave me plenty of time to decompress, destress, think about nothing and enjoy the serene atmosphere and music. Bar none the best spa in Berks County. They have services there you will not find anywhere in our region. Therapeutic massage, Pain management treatments, Holistic health alternatives, Couple's treatments and events, organic foods, vitamins and the list goes on. A bit off the main path but a diamond when found. Situated on what was a 5 acre gentlemen's farm the Sap has spectacular views of the pond, sculptured lawns and gardens.
This was one of the most peaceful and rewarding experiences I have had in a long time.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My mom and I had a two hour spa treatment which included a facial and massage. Cindy did our facials and she was pleasant and easy to talk to. She made sure that she tailored my facial since I am currently pregnant and my skin look radiant afterwards! Tina who did our massages was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable in prenatal massages which made me that more comfortable with her. My mom and I both agreed we will be coming back to The Spa at Willow Pond!

Cindy was an amazing massues (sp?)! It was the perfect Mother's Day massage! The place was clean, smelt amazing, super relaxing! The prices were reasonable as well!

This establishment is the epitome of relaxation! When you enter you are greeted at the reception desk adjacent to a BEAUTIFUL water fountain.
My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and were guided to the couples suite, of which the ambiance cannot be matched. There are two side by side massage tables as well as a heart shaped jacuzzi tub!
We were given champagne, water, chocolate, and cakes, instructed to indulge, and fully close the door when we were ready to undress to our comfort level and get on the massage tables.
The massages were DIVINE. They hit every spot and worked out every sore muscle. The lotions were so smooth and buttery and luxurious.
After our massages we had some private time in the jacuzzi tub, which was an incredible feeling after the massage.
We were then given a small lunch, which was of course delicious, and were allowed to take our unfinished cakes home with us.
This was an unforgettable experience at a truly amazing location.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the setting/environment is so calming and pretty. Both of the masseuses were awesome. We had a couples massage, and will definitely be back again.

Had a couples massage with my boyfriend. It was our first time ever getting a massage. We are both self conscious. The staff was great and made us feel so comfortable. We are the parents of four kids it was so nice to be so relaxed and calm. We will definitely be back!

Awesome, relaxing experience. Highly recommend. Every spot on my body, that I did not disclose having tightness in, was found, worked out and relieved. Not only was the treatment great, but she also taught my husband and I some stretches/exercises to help with pain and keep our backs strong! And the champagne was delicious! Will.absolutely be back!

Very quiet and peaceful.friendly staff decorated very antiqueish.my massage was great but my partner said her massage was okay and that too many gadget's were used to the point where she felt like she could get the same massage from a massage chair sitting in the middle of a mall
