Worst experience ever, customer service was terrible. Would not recommend and not will i ever go back. Trop gun shop will be my goto

Big thank you to the store manager John for correcting my free range ticket, after a complete mistake by the guy in charge of the gun range even though I believe he knew better I just he learned from his mistake!

I have come here a handful of times now and it has always been a positive experience. Staff are nice and ready to assist. Helped me purchase my first handgun and now recently trading my rifle for another. Will certainly be back!

Exceptional and knowledgeable staff. Great service, professional staff and safety oriented. Best place to purchase guns, ammo and use the firing range. Placed an order for a gun that was out of stock and was told it would be in the store in about two days. Timing was perfect and the process was seamless. The best around.

Sandy is personally the reason I'm writing this review she was one of the nicest person I've ever chatted with.
She was super understanding and easy to talk to.
I 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a great shoot range and selections to shop for.

The place is amazing! All the staff are nice and knowledgeable! The shooting range is great price wise and well maintained. It's also nice that they have an instructor in the range who'll help you if you need it. Would highly recommend!

Large selection of guns and such. The staff were very helpful although tgat was not a huge benefit for me because I was looking for fishing supplies and they do not stock very much.

Last night was my first time shooting, and it was as smooth of a process as any. Mark was the RSO at the time and his knowledge and friendly/welcoming attitude went a long ways in helping me along. All of the staff are fantastic, and I’d encourage anyone who’s thinking about visiting to do so!

The staff here are all excellent, extremely welcoming, and helpful. They also have a very nice and well ventilated indoor range. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially to new shooters.

First time gun buyer. My experience was more than what I expected. I was greeted with most polite, knowledgeable, and friendliest staff. All my questions were answered, I learned a lot of helpful facts during the process, and felt like I walked in as a customer but left as a friend.

I won’t purchase anything elsewhere after the awesome experience I had this evening.

We bought my aunt a gift card to take a class and shoot. My aunt is in a wheelchair so we knew it would be somewhat of a challenge for her, but we were excited to try. We asked about it when we purchased the card and they said it would not be a problem for someone to chaperone her, as she needs help getting to the restroom, etc. My aunt called to ask some access questions for her wheelchair and again we were told her sister could accompany her. A few days before we were told that classes are just Thursday and Sunday and because of that, no one would accompany her on a Sunday, and if we moved to a Thursday at 8pm, before the class is over, her helper would have to leave and she would be alone. The only option was to cancel and lose $50 of her gift card. We are so disappointed no one told us her helper would also have to take the class in order for her to do so.

**3/8/23 Update to Jessica our lawyer has moved forward with an official ADA complaint.

What a great place. Drove out here from Philly and this is a great facility. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The rental selection is solid and the range is well kept. Their prices are also very fair

Working with Michael was a pleasure he guided us along with our million questions from start to finish. Both myself and my fiancee didn't feel pressured into buying anything but walked away with 2 guns that matched our needs. Will definitely make the 1 1/2 hour trip to this store again.
