The Station at Newtown Square

Would be nice if the coffee and hot chocolate machine was left on 24 hrs as it used to be and cups not put away as we both work and get home at 7.
Also they used to have Apple computers now they’re all windows. At least one Apple would be nice. Rent is too high at a tad under $2000 a month. Big increase hit in October. Building is very nice. New and modern. Maintenance is always attentive.

Bernadette, Aaron and Andrew along with the maintenance team are providing top notch service.

I moved in here about two weeks ago. The apartments are gorgeous and well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic for the price. The people are kind and I enjoy the people that work in the leasing office as well as the maintenance staff. I am very happy here. I paid for a year and plan on staying longer.

I was moved here by the company I work for with a 6-month lease into a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. I really havent been away from Los Angeles, CA for this long of a time and I may need a little bit of adjustment.

Aaron had helped me out a lot through the process. I had a bunch of questions how things worked around the complex and what things were. He gave me a tour and when i needed help with the unit or a question, he was very attentive to my needs. There were some fundamental things that seemed to be missing in my unit, and he personally brought them to me almost immediately.

The community area in the main 7000 building looks like it can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably.they have a pool table, 6 pool sticks and multi TV's with remotes so you can change it to whatever channel you want to while youre there.

Adjacent to the community area, they have a meeting room and a shared office space with a printer well stocked with paper - just remember to sign off your accounts and shift+delete your stuff. After-hours, you'd have to use the door by the central bbq area to get in - not through the main front door where you originally enter.

They also have a gym with considerable amount of equipment. Its available for 24/7. There are towels there, too you can use if you dont have your own.

They have EV chargers with Chargepoint, so you will need to set up an account to use their EV service. Theyre located in the underground gated garage parking which you need remote fob access to. If you choose to have an assigned parking spot in that area, there is an extra fee, otherwise, you'd be parking in the lots surrounding your building complex - which is really just in front of the main building entrance.

Each building comes with several delivery carts located right at the entrance, you can use those to bring your groceries, your large packages or anything heavy or oversized, just remember to take them back to the entrance. They come very handy and has served its use for me many times over.

Overall, my experience so far has been great with Aaron's help and its a great location that I would very much gladly invite my friends and family to visit.

Great place to live in, the staff is really helpful and does everything to give you a pleasant stay. On the other hand it's quite expensive, though, charging 3900$ for a one bedroom furnished.

I'm surprised they don't charge you for breathing, there's a fee for everything.

Never paid more for electricity in my life. You can thank the cheap sealing of the rooms' doors and windows, and generally cheap everything. I mean the doors in the apartments are LITERALLY made of cardboard.

Hey, at least you get a free donut or bagel every now and then with that ridiculous amenity fee!

My rent has gone up 14% in the past two years. This is excessive, unexpected and very difficult to manage on a teacher's salary. Obviously management does not care about keeping their longer term residents around.

We’ve lived here for a little over a month between houses. We rented a two bedroom with a den. Our experience has been great. The accommodations are well suited to a short term stay, fully furnished with cleaning service. Aaron, our agent here, has been very responsive and helpful. The grounds and facilities are really well maintained and there is even an enclosed dog area. Overall, I highly recommend.

I’ve been living there for a few years and sad to say that since The Station/ Petrucci residence purchased the property, the urge to leave has grown. In addition to expected annual rent increases, they continue to add on “amenity” expenses that were previously factored into monthly rent costs. The maintenance and service staff are extremely friendly, but it seems the operational management is doing everything they can do push out long term residents and maximize on short term residents who are okay with paying the additional, unnecessary expenses for a few months.

When we were informed that our new home would not be available for another 4 to 6 weeks, we knew we needed a place that had all the comforts of home on a temporary basis. The Station at Newtown Square was perfect. We rented a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment on a short term lease that allowed us to bring our dog and cat for the stay. We worked with Aaron Snyder who was excellent. He was kind and understanding to these two very stressed out people who had no idea where we would go once we got the surprise news our home wasn’t ready. The furnished apartment has everything you need to allow you to function in your daily lives. It was a blessing. The complex grounds are stunning. So well kept. The pool is perfect along with a well stocked gym and a great area to do business. The best part of this apartment complex are the people. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Generally, living in the apartment is a good experience. However, the ability for staff to open our door with the access key is worrying. There were times where my door was opened 'wrongly' as the staff was trying to enter a vacant unit. Although we trust the integrity if individuals, we never know when this can be breached. If things were to be missing, how will management investigate?

Had a very excellent experience during our 2-month stay at the Station at Newtown Square. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and responsive. Some fun events organized by the management. Clean, comfortable suite with all the amenities you could want. Plenty of parking with wide spaces and also some additional underground parking. Nice outdoor pool with TV's, firepits, free gas grills, and lots of chairs/umbrellas. The other residents were also friendly and engaging, yet the apartments were quiet and private. If we had to do it all again, we'd definitely stay here in the future.

I am very happy to welcome the new management team at The Station at Newtown Square! I believe that Aimee, Bernadette and their staff want to service and improve the community which is our home. I have spoken to Bernadette several times regarding the property and she has always shown interest in what I had to say and on how they can improve the many issues which we have previously experienced. I look forward to working with them to insure a safe, clean and pleasant living experience.

Effective September 2021 the property is under new management with Petrucci Residential. All reviews prior to that date should be disregarded as the new management is a far cry from what used to be a well run and clean property. Potential residents should sort reviews by recency to see the theme but note that other negative reviews have been removed. The bottom line is that management is simply unprofessional and has no pride or care in the appearance, cleanliness, and living experience the property offers. Efforts have been made to point out where improvements are needed and no action is taken. It’s a very sad situation to witness how a once terrific property has seen such a quick decline all due to this neglectful management company.

I lived at AVE for over 2 years and everything is perfect, leasing office, facilities, maintenance, etc. Worth every penny you've spent and no hidden expenses. I had to leave due to work. The great experience in AVE will be in my memory as one of my lovely home.

My husband and I lived at AVE for about 2 years and had a great experience. The leasing office (especially Alexa) was always organized, efficient, and very friendly. Maintenance requests were easy to put in and handled right away. The amenities/clubhouse are amazing/very modern (free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, teas, snacks). Apartment itself was nice just the living room was smaller than what we would have liked.
