- The building is located in the heart of Philadelphia, with easy access to everywhere in Philly.
- The rooftop is great, but it is outdoors, so it isn't easy to use in the winter.
- Maintenance service is quick to respond.
- The building is a bit old, but there are no significant problems. However, some noise can come from the rooms next door or above. The sound from the rooms also often leaks into the hallway.
- The conference rooms on the 5th floor are easy to use, but some residents occupy some of them almost every day recently.
- JFK BLVD is a wide road, so rooms facing south are subject to the noise of emergency vehicles.

Absolutely love the pool and gym! Excited to move in soon.
Update: My move in has been delayed due to them finding cockroaches in the apt prior to my move in. Not sure if this is a building-wide issue or not but it sure is frustrating having a delayed move in while I’m in school right now. Beware of the building’s pest issues, they’re real. I’m also pretty anxious about them coming back again after I move in. Not sure how I feel about this place now.
Update: After moving in with a 2 week delay, there are still cockroaches in my apartment even after pest control came twice the 2 weeks prior to my move in. What the heck is wrong with this place? Not happy to be here.

The rent they charge here is obscene given the seriousness of the pest issue that they have here. It is unhygienic to live here. First thing this morning on my way out, I saw a cockroach the width of my thumb, so huge that I couldn’t help but gag when I saw it in the hallway. Pest control should be here everyday given these conditions.

I recently moved into the Sterling this past August. My fiancé and I are obsessed. The amenities, the services, and the living spaces are just perfect. Just last week we had an issue with our garbage disposal and the maintenance team was there within less than 24 hours to correct a non urgent issue. The roof top facility is fabulous. The pool, the grill area, the fire pit warmers. It has just been the best experience thus far. I could not recommend this building enough.

We recently moved in. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We are very happy with our unit. The building itself is very pretty and clean. Although it is a large building with many units, it always felt like we were a priority whenever I emailed the management with any question. That is important! We love the entire roof setup - what a bonus! I have lived in other buildings, and know that this is top notch!

I love living here! The team and management are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile. The amenities are also one of the best in the city. From the keyless entry, gym, and rooftop firepits/pool, you really couldn't ask for more. The view from my apartment is great and that's just the icing on the cake! I have recommended so many friends here, and will continue to do so! Thanks Sterling team!

I recently move in and so far everything is been amazing. The staff and concierge help you at the moment. The amenities (gym, roof stuff, lobby.) there are beautiful and complete. My favorite place here is the Tech Lounge. I can study, use the WiFi and the printer whenever I want and it's feel so good and cozy. It's great place to live.

Sterling has an AMAZING roof deck and pool, and a very friendly concierge desk. Tenants I've met in the elevator have all been super friendly and helpful as well! The units are pretty large, and well maintained. On top of that, having a walk-in-closet, and washer dryer in unit, all for a pretty reasonable rent has been amazing. My only complaint thus far is that I live on a lower floor and John F Kennedy Boulevard is surprisingly noisy. Most of the street traffic is white noise at this point, but every couple hours there's an obnoxious car or motorcycle with mufflers removed or something seriously disturbing the peace. If you're a good sleeper though, this place is great value.

I moved from Texas July 2020, rented via zoom, very happy with the decision, renewed my lease.

Sterling apartment has great amenities, amazing staff cleaning crew, front desk office staff and maintenance. Great location for restaurants, stores, UPENN, Drexel, hospitals, Julia R Masterman public school no. 1 in the state, Museum, 30 rail station.

Sterling is in a very safe neighborhood behind comcast and four seasons hotel where you will see Philadelphia baseball, basketball and football players.

Just moved in and it is night and day from the place I previously lived in in Philadelphia. The concierge staff are all so nice and move in was a breeze despite being in a busy city. Very happy with my apartment, especially for the price. The rooftop pool is unmatched.

The move-in experience has been great. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and welcoming. The room is very clean. The whole community feels safe and the surrounding neighborhood is convenient.

High rise right in the heart of downtown Philadelphia in between Logan Square and Rittenhouse neighborhoods. Friendly staff, very prompt with any/all requests. View of the city is fantastic and you’re within walking distance of just about anything you could ask for. Only caveat is parking can be difficult if you have a car. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

I have lived at the Sterling for one month and it has been great thus far. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Any issue we have had has been resolved timely. The amenities are great and we really enjoy living here!

I have lived in the sterling for over a year and the staff have always been very kind. The building is very well kept as it is frequently vacuumed and painted. The amenities are excellent and well kept. The maintenance staff are great and have a very quick response time, too.
