I watched some of the videos and signed up for the consult. Purchased the book but it all still seemed a little overwhelming for me the process or just wasn’t making any kind of sense to me so I paid for the service to get help with my student loan consolidation and loan forgiveness. I was not disappointed and it was well worth my money spent. Overall I just think this company does great work and the owner and the individual I worked with are super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the beat decisions I’ve made in 2020!

I hired coach Bruce to assist with my student loans because I am very busy and do not have time to handle this very important situation. I am on a very strict timeline and he assured me that it can be met. After providing all the documents he requested to get started, It took three weeks and me expressing frustration at his slow pace for him to get started on submitting my Income-driven repayment (IDR) application. I thought everything was all good until I realized he did not submit my IDR for ALL my student loans, just one. A letter was sent out to let me know they were excluded and I reminded him of the file. Now if I want to add them I have to wait for them to get processed after I already waited 2 months for the first application. When I asked him when he submitted IDR for my outstanding loans, he lied and told me August 4th. In truth, he submitted them the day of our phone call August 24th. I informed him I no longer want him as my coach because of his incompetence and I requested that Sonia (CE0) contact me ASAP. I have not heard back from the company at all. It is very telling how you are treated once they receive your money. Do yourself a favor and pick a different business.

Great service. I worked with Coach Bruce who understood my situation and listened to my concerns. He did the work and my student loan payments are less than what we even spoke about. I'm very happy with the results and recommend to anyone who is drowning in student loan debt.

I have read reviews on folks complaining about the information and services and stating all of it can be done for free and "on your own". While that is true, how many of us actually take the time to understand Student Loans, the verbiage, try to negotiate lower loan payments or even call their servicer for help? I know I sure didnt. I planned to run from them forever and apologize to my great grandkids for having to pay back my loans, later (lol). All that said, i am hugely grateful to Sonia for creating this service and for Simone being fiercely honest and helpful in helping me get on track with my loans and offering to help with my credit so I could move forward with buying a house.
I will still likely be paying back my loans for the next 747,484 years, but they've taken away the fear and lack of knowledge and I'm now ready to face them.

So professional. The company gave me individualized service that made me feel as if my student loan issues were a priority. Bruce gave me a followup call after my loans were fully consolidated to make sure all of my questions were answered.

The staff is very friendly and informative. The service that they provide is free if you do it yourself. You quickly discover that after you agree to the payment. Truly, you're paying for the information they can provide not necessarily "a service". They ask for your password and other information to gain access to your accounts associated with your student loans and submit things on your behalf. All things considered, they make an attempt to help lower your student loan debt, but they're charging for something that is free. I don't think the experience I had was worth the money at all or maybe my expectations weren't in line with what they provide.

Sonia, I’ve been following you and your team for about two years now. I attended the workshop on November 23,2019 and can I tell you I felt so inspired and motivated to accept “being uncomfortable”. That night changed my life completely, no longer did I feel shame about my student loans.
