The Suites at Alexander's, Wilkes-Barre PA

I did a spa day and everyone was amazing!
Exceptional, very knowledgeable, talented, professional and creative in their fields.
I will be going the morning of my wedding with the bridesmaids for hair and makeup & finishing touches. What a great way to start.a very memorable day.

Leslie did an excellent job on my daughter's hair for graduation. Highly recommend. Store is very clean and inviting.

Went for a cut and color.
I am truly disappointed in my hair.
She decided I needed a color correction, ok sure no problem your the professional you know what you see.
My hair doesn't look anything like I wanted, the grey/white at front, temples is worse now after barely over 2 wks.
I'm really disappointed, I wanted to like my it, i even gave a positive review at first.
But I had to delete it, after seeing how bad my hair looks today.
I don't know maybe it's just my hair

I have been there for several pedicures and love their service. Recently went for a haircut and color and Gabby did a wonderful job matching my color

Lovely classy place Nice array of products in the shop as well like Voluspa Offered water, tea to drink. My pedicure with Maria was so relaxing. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for spa or hair services. Greg is excellent for hair cuts - very talented at his craft.

I got a massage by Lulu and I really enjoyed it she was very nice and Profesional she made me feel welcomed and I will definitely be returning to see her again

I've been going here for a few years and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. If I could give Leah 10 stars I would. I go back and forth between lightening and darkening my hair and Leah nails it every time. She has given me alot of advice over the last few years on strengthening my hair, and also was super helpful when I had issues with my hair after covid. Lupe has also waxed my eye brows a few times and she's equally as nice. Highly recommend!

Alexander's in Wilkes Barre on south Franklin Street was very easy to find. The staff was very helpful, courteous and easy to talk with about what I wanted done. The inside is small but very open and easy to navigate. It was very beautifully decorated as well.
