Would like to give The textured Edge more stars but, I can’t based primarily on their lack of responsiveness to questions after the project is completed. Our project was completed in a timely manner and met our expectations but when we had questions after the fact they were slow to respond or have not responded at all. They provide phone numbers and state if you have questions to contact them, but they have not reasonably responded

Our project developed a stress crack, which is addressed in the contract as a possibility, but when I contacted the company on how to best address the issue they failed to fully respond to my question and they have had ample time to do so.

Highly recommend The Textured Edge to anyone. Very professional from first call, day one. Walked me the whole process. Made sure the project was correct from beginning to finished product. Cleaned up everything after job was done. Well worth the investment.

We love our new concrete landscape curbing! And they releveled a paver walkway and it looks great!

Very happy with our edging! They did a great job, there were three workers, they all did their own thing but yet worked together! Good teamwork! Our job was done in less than 3 hours.

This was the second part of our project with Textured Edge. The first part was completed over a year ago and we were very satisfied with the finished product. The second part was completed 05/09/23 and the quality of the workmanship is not the same. The edging flow isn't as smooth, meaning that the direction changes are not a smooth radius, and the stamping is not as deep as the previous. Overall the edging seems to be a solid installation and will serve the purpose. I would contribute these issues to experience of the installer as it was a different person.

Truly appreciated how professional, expedient, and knowledge the crew was. Not only did they get us in a week early, they completed the job in under three hours! The concrete edging they added around our water feature and trees is beautiful!

The Textured Edge (Brock and Daryl) arrived at 8: 30 am on the scheduled day and five hours later we had a great permanent concrete edging around our flower beds and trees. I definitely would recommend The Textured Edge for anyone’s edging and concrete needs.
